My husband and I have bought and upgraded from Vauxhall crawley on a few occasions, we have found the sales team Raz and Jody to be very professional , very customer focussed and polite and very knowledgeable about the cars they aim to sell. Having recently bought a Vauxhall Corsa I found they went above and beyond in regards to offering me a courtesy car at last minute whilst waiting for my car to be ready. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend buying from either of these two guys.. Thank you both so much... we will be back to upgrade the mokka sometime in the near future..

The purchase of the car went smoothly. I was promised the service documents which would 'follow in the post'. Despite many, many phone calls and emails (most of which get ignored) the documents have never been sent to me. I suspect they don't exist. Very poor service indeed. Still waiting.....

I have no issues with the car..but extremely poor customer service at Go Vauxhall Crawley centre.
This occurred about 17 months ago. My car wouldn't start. I thought it might just be a fault of the transponder in the key. They said they had to do a diagnostic test which would cost £60, they came back saying the diagnosis is that I would need an ECU which would cost £5o0+, I agreed to them ordering the part and they said it would be there the next day. The next day I phoned to find out if the car was ready, another chap answered and said they need to order the part if I was agreeable. (Strangely enough it was not the same part;namely the ECU as the service manager initially mentioned and it was much cheaper), i began to get suspicious, because of the conflicting stories, so I told him I would have to think about it and I would call him the next day to let them know if they should go ahead with it. The next day I decided not to have the repair done, but when I arrived at the dealership they told me they had already changed the ECU and the car was ready to go. I asked for the diagnostic report, instead of giving me a computer printout, they hand wrote it, which I found strange in itself. When I asked for the actual printout the service manager gave a lame excuse of the printer not working. When I asked why there was a discrepancy between what he said and what his staff member said, his reply was: "He doesn't know what his talking about". On reflection of the events, I felt I had been taken, because my trouble with the car not starting was when I dropped the key on the ground, so it must have been the transponder, but I would never know because the diagnostic report was handwritten and not a computer generated printout, as should be the case. MY ADVICE: Make sure you get a copy of the Diagnostic Printout before going ahead.
I have just taken possession of my new car, a Mokka and I must thank Raz for all his help during the process. He was very helpful and kept me up to date with how it was going. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Having experienced (well-known) gearbox trouble with my last Ford Motability car after under a year, despite many visits and the fact it was still under warranty, Ford refused to fix it. So contacted Motability and they basically said 'get your paperwork together and go and find another car'. We always keep an eye on what's going on with cars so had an idea that the Mokka might be the one for us. Called in there in August last year and had a look at the Mokka and met Bruce Muirfield. Called again next day to say we were quite keen and he arranged a test drive for us (which made our mind up) but said that there weren't too many about as the Mokka X was due out later in the year. So we decided to order that there and then and just wait until it was in and put up with the Ford until it arrived. Due date he said would be around Christmas but, for various reasons it didn't arrive until January, no problem. We did have a bit of a hiccup with sorting out getting our personal number plate put on the car for pickup day and then with getting the OnStar to work but Bruce managed to get all this under control eventually. We do, however, wonder if some of the problems may have been caused by the early termination of the Ford contract as we didn't receive any of the usual pre-changeover documents from Motability and we've never been in this position before with any of the other 6 cars we've had through them. Nevertheless all is OK now, we love the car and I'd really like to say 'thankyou' to all and especially to Bruce who's been extremely helpful and good-humoured throughout the whole process.
In September, I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia from Go Vauxhall. the car is brilliant and I have had no issues with it and the dealers were friendly and helpful through out the whole experience. The car is very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
