I have just had my Corsa VXR in for a re call for a minor update. My partner later had a phone call to say that there were a few repairs that needed doing and if she would like them done? (No price quoted over the phone). She asked to have the quote emailed across so that I could have a look as we have recently had the car serviced at another garage. Turns out that apparently we need £1500 worth of work doing including a wheel bearing that we have just replaced! Apparently it costs over £750 to change 4 brake discs claiming ridiculous amounts on labour... Finally, I picked up the car from the dealer not mentioning their 'free vehicle health check' but we had requested that our wing mirror could be clipped back on (previously been knocked off the night before, no damage, just needed a bit of brute force to clip back on). This had not been carried out, I was then handed over to who I assume was the manager, saying that they hadn't seen a wing mirror like this before (they haven't dealt with a vxr before?) and because we were not paying for it to be done, they didn't want to work on it (also incase they damaged it... at a vauxhall specialist..) The manager then, just walked off! Don't use this garage - if you don't know anything about cars, they are just trying to overcharge you and rip you off for work that does not need doing! There was one nice guy on the counter, but when there was anything to do with money you just got handed over to the manager. He obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction as he was just plain rude to us!
They are really nice blokes at Go Vauxhall Wimbledon, I booked car in for a service at Croydon took the car to Wimbledon a day earlier then was booked and the guys were great got the pads discs and full service all done the same day and even valet in and out car looks and drives like brand new wife so happy By far the best go Vauxhall around A+++

Went to the showroom with a view to buying another Astra stood in the showroom for 20 minutes loads of staff sitting around doing nothing other than chatting and joking with each other totally ignoring me. so walked out. I previously had my Astra MOT'd and serviced here got charged for 4 litres of oil five months later had to put 2 litres in so they had obviously not put 4 in during the service. Had to go back after the MOT because they had removed the nut holding the spare in place during the MOT and had lost it wanted to charge me for a new one (refused to pay and had to wait two weeks for them to get replacement). Now take my Astra else where

I paid Go Vauxhall Wimbledon a deposit for a Mariva 2014. After few days, they told me the car is in a very bad condition we can't sell it to you. It was a lie because it was sold by another branch. Instead they said, they offer another one EXACTLY the same model even better as this one has less mileage. When they send me the reg no, I found their offered one is 2013 instead of 2014. It had some accident / scratches and the top market value was at least £1000 less than the one I asked. I asked them to refund my deposit and it took 48 hours after sending them emails and texts to get my money back. I do not trust them at all.

Been to Go Vauxhall Wimbledon twice as I have a lease car, today in the snow I was told the car had to be retained. I asked if I could be driven to a nearby station after being told they have no idea the timeline of repair. Avoid this garage at all costs, a money orientated firm with no interest or well being of the customer. Thankfully the Lewisham branch closed as they were even worse. Rude staff, Inept knowledge and poor mechanics....

While all Vauxhall dealers remove diagnostic fee if repair is carried out and paid, this particular go Vauxhall Wimbledon is a mug that never returned my diagnostic fee and disputed to retain it without refund. While all Vauxhall should operate same way this Wimbledon store makeup own rules and Vauxhall need to adjust this NOT let consumers be charged and treated differently. This store is also overpriced for small repairs and over charged for job that doesn't actually require time quoted for work carried out. My vehicle neither was completed on time had to wait additional day causing me inconvenience and never met expectations. Apparently part wasn't delivered on time which doesn't make things any better. DO NOT go to this Go Vauxhall Wimbledon branch as they also charge over £50 diagnostic fee even if you know what the problem is and pay for full repair. Go to any other Vauxhall instead of this Wimbledon branch that mugs customers for diagnostic fee while other branch remove that charge if work is carried out. AVOID GO VAUXHALL WIMBLEDON.

Could not agree more took my car into them in late May to get indicators fixed the did not reset after turning collected and it was still Happeming took it back collected car they said nothing wrong with it went on holiday for s week still failing came back took it back again and they now say that its a computer fault it a small Vauxhall Corsa energy 1.2 supposed to take it. Back today but wont I have had it confirmed by another mechanic that theres no computer asociated with this type of vauxhall for indicators Thanks for info re their bad service.
Never again will i buy a car from Go Vauxhall in Wimbledon, once they have your sale you can forget about customer service, anything isn't right it will be your problem they will not be interested. I received my used car which was supposed to have had a full service days before but the oil was not fresh, they were having none of it telling me it was done, the car was not serviced...they can tick all the boxes they like doesn't mean it was done. ..I have done enough oil changes in my time to know what colour the oil should be. The boot light was disconnected and thrown into the boot space, I had to connect it myself as the wire was left hanging . .that says it all about their multi point check (total fiction ). Very important. ...dont sign anything until you have read the paperwork and understood it completely and make sure you have everything as once you drive away it's your problem. When we took our car for a test drive the rear tyre was low on pressure we were told that would all be sorted. ..all they did was pump it up as it drops in pressure every week. ..now it's my problem ,the wheel lock nuts cannot be undone as they did not supply the key but now my problem as I did not read the paperwork before signing as I was stupid enough to trust them (apparently a check list says they supplied a lock key (funny that as I was not even aware it had locking nuts until it was too late ). I will never visit Go Vauxhall again and certainly would go out of my way to tell people to avoid them...clearly vauxhall is not overly concerned about their reputation judging from other reviews.
Stay as far away as possible from any of these 'Go, Go dancer' companies! Go Vauxhall formerly known as Phoenix went into liquidation after duping me and my insurance company over £2000 for a clutch that was not replaced. Not having learnt and remembered my lesson, I went back recently and was quoted £800 for my 09 car that just had a little over 30000 on the clock. When I complained they upped it to £2000, and again to £3900. Stay away from this company and their subsidiaries-their salesmen are liars.

Go Vauxhall Wimbledon had no issues selling us the car, as we already knew what car we wanted. However, the used car salesman was very cocky and spoke very fast. He said he would refund my £100 for securing the vehicle but found an excuse to prolong it. Then when it came to collecting the car, he told us to collect it in the afternoon at 4.30 two days later, despite telling us we could collect it the next day at the beginning on the day. Absolutely horrible service, 8 shouldn't have to be chasing someone for a car that I officially own. And his excuses were beyond acceptable, saying that he didn't have the logbook.
