Resolving issues

Bought a Mazda Bongo...absolute rust heap. Recently dated newspaper stuffed into rust holes and glassed over. Sills made of mostly rust and vast amounts of pug. Inexplicably it had a recent MOT, so the tester must have been hopeless or a crook. Total charlatan outfit. Total charlatan.
