Bought faulty car for which majority of repair bill had to cover by myself (have also bought 5 star warranty). Not a support, but blame that I shouldn't drive car which faulty

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership over the last few years and cannot speak highly enough of them. Lovely family run business. The cars are always well presented. The showroom is spotless, and Joe and Jennifer are really lovely to deal with. I have recommended people to them who have also had the same pleasant experience as myself.

I would highly recommend AGAINST buying a car from Golden motors, run by a bunch of cowboys - Joe in particular, he is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! I bought a car back in December'21 and had a number of issues from then, from him filling out the wrong details on the V5C form (confirmed by the DVLA) and waiting 3 months to be bale to drive the car, from them erasing errors coming up on the dashboard such as engine lights, Joe also confirmed when I purchased the car in December that he has ordered 2 bolts (from Germany apparently, yet everyone else I have spoken to car get the same parts in within a few days) for a bonnet malfunction and despite me chasing a number of times he just ignores my messages and 5 months down the line i still haven't received these parts. When i have spoken to him a month ago he would palm everything off on the warranty company that actually don't cover anything, so all in all he is useless and would never buy a car from him again. Awful customer service and poor attitude.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these dodgy traders. If u want to waste money then go ahead. Totally dishonest.

Purchased my Mercedes from Golden motors and can not be happier. Processes was seamless throughout and Joe was super helpful during the process. Car was as described and faultless. Thanks team! Keep it up!

I regretfully bought a bmw car from them & it looked nice but was a totally different story as after only 3 days the exhaust started blowing really loud & is costing me over a thousand pound to get fixed! 😡 when we rang they said it was sold as seen because they got it as a part exchange car & it was all on us now! Not helpful in the slightest, Infact he was very rude! Don’t fall for the bull “We’ve had loads of phone calls today people wanting this car” like he said to me coz that’s just to make you buy it! Take your money elsewhere coz these clearly can’t be trusted. Liberty takers to say the very least! Fummimg!

paid a deposit for an audi by card next day they withdrew the car from sale said the engine management lig`ht had come on when asked for a refund for deposit they said the person that does that isnt here, rang back later they now claim they dont no how to do a refund, but wanted all my bank details and might be able to do a transfer which I thankfully didnt give them I got my friend to call them about the car next day and car was still for sale and happy to take deposit. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS, LIARS AND CHEATS THE MAN WE DEALT WITH WAS CALLED JOE. THEY THINK THEY HAVE GOT AWAY WITH IT BUT WE WILL SEE dont know how people live like that it must be stressful or maybe they are a different breed altogether and have no morals.

As someone who purchased a vehicle from them (Almost £11,000), their cars may look shiny and appealing on the eye, making you wish to purchase the perfect vehicle from them. However, upon receiving your vehicle and taking it home within approximately a few days you will notice that there are various problems with the car. This will only stress you once you confide in them of your problems in which they will account for none of it! All they will do is pull out papers and say they done theor checks and it's aall on you as you have bought the car of them! Please save your money and find another car dealership with honesty and integrity as this dealer will only leave you in deep regret. In my experience this dealership will say anything to make you buy their car to be another car sold. Not what you want, trust me. Save your money and find a much better dealership. Be smart & be safe!
