I recently bought a Land Rover Discovery from this dealer. It was sold 800 miles beyond the due service interval without even the oil and filter being changed, not a good sign. After 15 minutes on the road a number of warning lights came on and the vehicle felt unstable on corners. After a trip to a local garage for an independent inspection I was told that the Air Compressor and Clutch were worn out. The brake pipes were badly corroded and the rear wheels were out of line making the vehicle dangerous to drive despite it having an MOT. Good Motors did get the wheels aligned and have the brake pipes replaced but did not want to know about the more costly repairs. In addition there was no record of the cambelt being changed at the specified 108000 miles despite there being 136000 miles on the clock - surely a reputable dealer would ensure that this is done. The 3 month warranty that came with the vehicle is not worth the paper it is written on having called the warranty company today about the clutch and air compressor. I'm now faced with a bill of several thousand pounds just to get the car on the road. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer, they are totally untrustworthy and unscrupulous.

For my first experience buying a car from a dealership I have to say I thought Good Motors were fantastic. The sale was very relaxed and straightforward, they allowed me take my time and didn't attempt to sway me towards anything dearer. Overall I was very impressed.

V friendly but dishonest - sold the car despite taking a deposit and pretended it was a mistake when we had clear email trail to the contrary. Good Motors Ltd haven't even returned deposit and we are into trading standards and breach of contract. Not nice people -avoid or go in with your eyes very open as the motors aren't the issue.

Good Motors were really swift taking care of all the paperwork and getting the car ready to pick up, I was impressed with how productive they were I wasn't having to wait around at any point and the car I bought is running really well.

Good motors were very good about the whole process, they allowed me to take the car away as the finance company was delayed getting the funds across which was great as if not I'd of been waiting around a few days more. I would happily recommend these guys the service was excellent right the way through.

The staff at Good Motors were friendly and straightforward, in terms of typical car dealerships and typical salesman tactics they were the complete opposite, they just let you get on with it and make your own decisions.

I would struggle to recommend this Good Motors Ltd in Bury due to the poor after sales service that I received earlier this year. My car had issues at the time of purchase that they weren't willing to rectify which really is not good enough.
