Went to view a BMW 520, I had spoken to the manager earlier that day and was met by Earle. After speaking with him fo a while he fetched the keys for the BMW but thought as my wife had not been impressed with the interior, recommended I also test drive the Lexus GS300 next to it. He was right it was a far superior car and the sort of car I had never considered. We spent the next morning looking at other GS300's in the area but came back to Good Motors as this was the best one. Earle was not pushy but was very enthusiastic and that we found positive.
I purchased a Mercedes Benz E350 from Good Motors a week ago on behalf of my mother in law, from the start I spoke Earl who was very understanding courteous. I can't fault the level of professionalism shown, Overall I got a great deal on such a rare car, Thank you Good Motors as they say " they don't make them as they used to". I sincerely hope to doing more business in the near future and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Purchased a Peugeot 508sw 2011 from Good Motors Ltd just before Christmas and 6 weeks later with less than 1000 miles travelled since purchasing the car, it breaks down on the motorway with the computer saying gearbox problem repair needed. After speaking with them several times, getting nowhere, we ended up having to go through the consumer rights people and notified Good Motors that we would be returning it to them for repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which they agreed on the phone, but when we tried returning it to them for repair through a transport company, they refused to accept delivery of the car and were disrespectful and aggressive towards the delivery driver. We ended up having to get the car repaired through a Peugeot Dealer and paying for it ourselves, with the consumer rights people telling us we will have to go through the legal route to get the money back. We then sent them recorded delivery letters (three weeks ago) with all the details, invoices, etc. which they have refused to sign for so far. There are many more issues in dealing with this company, which we cannot go into at the moment with no option but to seek legal redress.

Good Motors Ltd get a 9 out of 10 at the moment, just waiting to see if they supply me with service record/ owner manual which was in the car on test drive. If that is supplied then 10 /10 will get back on this.
I recently bought a Land Rover Discovery from this dealer. It was sold 800 miles beyond the due service interval without even the oil and filter being changed, not a good sign. After 15 minutes on the road a number of warning lights came on and the vehicle felt unstable on corners. After a trip to a local garage for an independent inspection I was told that the Air Compressor and Clutch were worn out. The brake pipes were badly corroded and the rear wheels were out of line making the vehicle dangerous to drive despite it having an MOT. Good Motors did get the wheels aligned and have the brake pipes replaced but did not want to know about the more costly repairs. In addition there was no record of the cambelt being changed at the specified 108000 miles despite there being 136000 miles on the clock - surely a reputable dealer would ensure that this is done. The 3 month warranty that came with the vehicle is not worth the paper it is written on having called the warranty company today about the clutch and air compressor. I'm now faced with a bill of several thousand pounds just to get the car on the road. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer, they are totally untrustworthy and unscrupulous.

Dealer was extremely courteous and gave us plenty of time with the car and gave total freedom to look around the car. Very trusting, no pressure at all from the sales staff and more than willing to give any information they know on the car. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to buy a car.
Bought a car and they had no problem taking my money off me, they promised me it was "good motor" low and behold after my 30 day warranty expired i've had nothing but issues with the engine.
For my first experience buying a car from a dealership I have to say I thought Good Motors were fantastic. The sale was very relaxed and straightforward, they allowed me take my time and didn't attempt to sway me towards anything dearer. Overall I was very impressed.

V friendly but dishonest - sold the car despite taking a deposit and pretended it was a mistake when we had clear email trail to the contrary. Good Motors Ltd haven't even returned deposit and we are into trading standards and breach of contract. Not nice people -avoid or go in with your eyes very open as the motors aren't the issue.
