Awful company!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WE WISH WE HAD SEEN PREVIOUS HORRENDOUS REVIEWS prior to buying a car from them. I came down with my brothers on this last saturday to purchase a toyota aygo. WE DID NOT HAGGLE ON THE PRICE. WE PAID THE FULL PRICE RIGHT THEN AND THERE. We informed the person who delt with us that the car was for our mother and we were purchasing it on her behalf. WE PAID £6411 for the car. WE NEVER EVEN ONCE ASKED FOR A PRICE REDUCTION. After taking the car home, my mother only returned from glasgow yesterday evening. She drove the car to her gym and back and was not happy with the car at all. There is a loud constant engine running noise which doesn't sound healthy and the gear shifts are not smooth at all. Like any product you purchase there is a standard 7 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with the product for whatever reason. I KEPT GETTING TOLD BY THE PERSON DEALING WITH US OVER THE PHONE THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A REFUND/RETURN OPTION WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD. Anyway, we came in this morning to exchange the car for another car that was valued at £7400. And we were told that the company would only rebuy the TOYOTA AYGO for £6000. So the cars value has suddenly decreased from £6411 to £6000 within 3 days. I have just had another call to say that the £6000 value is not the case anymore. And now they would only rebuy the car for £5000. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND A SCAM. We have paid the insurance for the entire year (£1000), road tax (£20), and filled the fuel tank (£60). So altogether we would be losing £2491. Absolutely rude and ignorant staff member who delt with us. I have emails as proof of their ignorance and rude replies. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times and was told the manager does not deal with customer interactions. I have requested their policy three times and have not recieved anything. I was accused of being threatening when I said I will put my honest reviews online. The team are all happy and cheery when it comes to buying their car but become ignorant and rude when you have issues with the car you have bought from them. I received emails telling me that i am in the wrong and they are in the right. They were apprently only trying to help me by buying the car back for 5k from 6.4k. Threatening to involve their legal team for me even posting this review. Absolutely no respect towards their customers. Disgusting experience.

Amara, we have been established in the area for over thirteen years. You refer to bad reviews, however, they are far out weighed by 5 star reviews of our company. Luckily for us, anyone can do a quick google search and see that for themselves. To clarify, there was no need to "haggle" as we sell cars beneath the current market value so everybody can have an exceptional deal on a used car when they buy from us. This takes away the need for people to have to ask for money to be knocked off our prices. The car you bought for your mother is a Toyota Aygo, which has a 1.0 litre three cylinder engine with an MMT transmission. As we explained having gone on a test drive with your mother when you came back with it, they generally are louder due to the three cylinders, and an MMT transmission box is described by the manufacturer as semi manual and not an automatic, hence it does not have an as smooth box as a true inline auto. Again, as explained there is no 7 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with a product from ourselves for "whatever" reason. Our refund/return policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions which are attached to every invoice. We did ask you to refer to them several times. As per your consumer rights, you are entitled to a full refund should the car incur a fault within the first 30 days. Which it does not have. Not if your mother simply doesn't like the car you bought her, The best option would be to take your mother with you to test drive a car prior to purchase to make sure she likes it, before committing to purchase it on her behalf, paying for road tax, insurance and fuel. That way you wouldn't be in this position. Nor would we with an underserving bad review for your unusual way of buying cars for other people. Given the fact you wanted to return the car, we made you an offer, which had taken into account the fact the car would now have another keeper, and we would also have to go to the expense of re advertising the car. No one here was rude to you, we simply stated the facts that you are not entitled to your money back for the error you made, which seems to have greatly upset you. The threat you made was to get everyone you know to leave us bad reviews not just yourself. Which is malicious and unfair. I will now respond to the other reviews you left on other platforms with the same response. Hopefully, by this point your mother likes the car after the initial indifference she found with it or has changed it to something she is now happy with, hopefully after a test drive.

Drive from Liverpool to see the car. The battery had died when I got there but they made every effort to jump start it so I could test drive. The battery was replaced with a new one and although it had 6 months not it was given another so I had 12 months. Archie was really friendly, no pressure at all. Let us spend as much time as we wanted looking around the car checking all the electrical feature etc. After sales and any (even silly) questions have been promptly replied to. Would definitely recommend Thanks

I am very happy with the Lexus I bought recently here. After the purchase I took my car to the Lexus garage to have a look and do a health check on it, I was very pleased to be told that my car is very healthy. No issues with the car what so ever, I am very happy with the condition of the car you would never know its a second hand car!! The customer service was excellent, these guys delivered a very high level of customer care and made it clear that they want there customers to have the best experience. The staff here couldn't of done anymore for me, Very satisfied!

The whole process was sound as a pound, like a breath of fresh air to be honest. I was in and out in the space of an hour, I was so happy with how quick the process was. These guys couldn't of done anymore for me they really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and everything was done properly. I test drove the car and it was so easy with no pressure, they give me the keys and let me go, I was gone for about 10/15 mins and that's all I needed to know I wanted the car. I will be back here when the time is right for a new purchase.

We came here to buy the Ford Fiesta, it was mainly for my partner, I was there at the time of the purchase and I can certainly say we were very impressed with the customer service. It was a very good process and it didn't take too long at all, there wasn't a point where we was waiting round for anybody and we knew what was going on at all times. Another thing I would like to mention is the cleanliness of the dealership, everywhere was very clean, tidy and well looked after. 10000% recommend, I think that if we needed a new car we will be back down to good motors for another brilliant car!

I would just like to tell everyone about my brilliant experience at Good Motors. I came here in hope I would fine a Citroen C1 that I had been looking for, fortunately I did. I had a good look around the car and couldn't help but notice how lovely the car smelt, I was also shocked at how clean and tidy the car was for a older used car.
