Good Value Cars were very friendly and helpful. I had a fault develop on the automatic gearbox of a car I had bought from them which could not have been known prior sale. Although the gearbox was working fine for some reason after the car was returned to them, they didnt quibble and refunded the cost price in full. Dont go anywhere else. I would give ten Stars if I could. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2010 Astra 2.0 Auto Hatchback from Good Value Cars. On collection, it had been fully serviced, including a new timing belt and new battery. Unfortunately, it developed a diagnostic fault, which required the replacement of all four glow plugs, but Good Value Cars immediately covered the cost of this repair, without quibble or argument. I totally recommend this company.
I purchased a used Ford Focus from Good Value Cars, it was exactly as described, cleaned inside and out, the owner supplied two brand new tyres, then when I had an issue with the battery, the owner instantly bought a genuine ford battery for the car.

After purchasing expensive Range Rover October 2016 the engine suffered a catastrophic failure, without warning 7-8 weeks later. Scott Garvey at Good Value Cars paid for a replacement engine and the car is back on the road. Fantastic customer service from a honest trustworthy dealer. I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership based on my personal experience.

Had endless problems with the car I bought from Good Value Motors. They are more than happy when they are taking your money but not interested one little bit when there's a problem, plus havent got a clue what they are on about when it comes to cars anyway. Scotts words to me when telling him of the problems were "what do expect when you buy a BMW for 3k" However he wasn't saying that when he was trying to sell me the car. It would be a lot quicker to tell you what wasn't wrong with the "good runner" than to tell you the endless list of what was. AVOID!!

Was it a Ford S-Max by any chance?
They sold me a car ready for the scrap yard. Rang him up and he wasn't interested at all. Currently dealing with trading standards to try and get this resolved. Stay away from this garage you have been warned

Scott and Fabio are really nice I got on well with them they were really helpful. I bought a BMW from them in April. The price of the car was reasonable. It's been in for warranty and since then I've had no problems! I would highly recommend these two.

I would definitely recommend Good Value Motors, Scott and Fabio are the two main guys, they're very nice and focus on their customers rather than just sales. Any problems I had I called them up and they were always more than happy to help.
