I hear horror stories everyday from my customers of the poor standard of cars they go to see & the problems they have had in the past with dealers not wanting to help after taking their money... I try my utmost to ensure that my cars are fit for purpose when they go on sale & have a good or full Mot & drive as they should. Is this person for real?!!! So as anyone does, you take the car for a test drive & obviously the car is outside to be inspected at any stage, so why was nothing said at point of sale. I genuinely believe as in fact this person has kindly pointed out that my cars are nicer than anything else out there but equally they are used & of course will have a mark or two here & there along with the odd scuffed wheel... These are used cars, not brand new!!!! Who ever this deluded individual is has not had the backbone to contact me personally to discuss their disappointment & in turn allow me to consider rectifying any issues!!! I would question if this is a genuine review or some jealous individual who doesn't like the large amount of lovely used cars I sell to lovely people!!! Amen
