Gorse Hill Motor Company is a terrible place, I would never go back. Wish we had never dealt with them but had already paid up on deposit and wife was keen on the car. We agreed to buy 2 cars together totalling £12,000. Not a small sum of money I am sure you will agree. When paying for the first, their card machine broke part way through the transaction. The money left my account, but the machine printed an error which he claimed meant my card was declined. I confirmed with my bank and the money was gone. We were then asked to leave his office and "come back when you had the money" because "I've got other customers to see". My wife was in tears, we were out £5k at this stage. I was made to feel like a criminal, treated as though I was too poor to buy the car. Also refused to let me test drive one car claiming that it was already sold, but in fact it was still there 6 weeks later. Seemed to want to keep me away from the more expensive cars on the lot as though I couldn't afford them. Second car we bought at the same time had nothing but faults. Air con was broken when we got it and had to take it straight back for fix. He claims the warranty he offers covers everything 100% for 12 months but read the paperwork, we were misled on this He does a great sales pitch on his fantastic warranty but it's all rubbish. 3 months later and there was more work needed on this car (a BMW no less) and the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. We've since had to take a massive loss on these cars to get something more reliable and would never go back to Gorse Hill Motor Company, even if they were giving them away for free. Avoid Gorse Hill Motor Company at all costs.
