I came across an Audi A4 on the Gosal’s Motors website last week. It looked and read exactly what I was looking for. Being very busy and a long way from Nottingham I engaged with the sales man I asked for specific details and service history to be sent to me and it was. I decided to purchased the car. It is precisely as described and the sevice was first class! I received the car 5 days after I first spoke to the sales man in perfect condition. I would have no problem recommending this dealer based on my single experience. 4.5 stars recommended.
His company is an absolute joke and sham of a dealership. I had to advise them that cars are over due cambelt changes as the information they gave me was incorrect. They will fight you if you try to use their offered warranty but with legal action they eventually paid a contribution towards the £1081 bill I occurred only having the car for 24hours. The clutch and flywheel went the day after I bought the car, rear shocks were leaking. At first they refused to pay any of the bill and I had no choice but to seek legal assistance. I was without my car for nearly two weeks. They sent a cheque that never arrived. I would strongly advise you stay well clear from these cowboys. They don't know anything about cars and try to make excuses and make you feel stupid, luckily I know cars and know exactly what I'm talking about. I am only putting one star because it won't let me review otherwise. STAY WELL CLEAR OF GOSAL MOTORS NOTTINGHAM!!!!

Thankyou for your review. Gosal Motors endeavour to take on board all reviews from our customers to improve our services. The circumstances of your purchase have been very unfortunate and unusual for which we apologise, especially as you came from Devon over 200 miles for the car. At the time of the purchase all customers are offered a test drive, and this obviously gives customers a chance to identify any issues. As there were no faults at the time of the test drive and you were satisfied with the car, the purchase went ahead. It is very unfortunate that after such a long drive back to Devon, you encountered faults in the vehicle. I am unclear of what legal action you are referring to as we have not recieved any correspondence from your legal team. Thankfully in over twenty years of buisness Gosal Motors have not been associated with any legal action. As a good will gesture we have refunded you £700. Unfortunately the garage where the car was allegedley fixed did not accept electronic payment, therefore sending the payment in the post caused the delay. I do hope that the matter has now been resolved and you can move forward from this unfortunate circumstance. Please accept our sincere apologises and best wishes Gosal Motors.
My new Mondeo is lovely, the staff down at Gosal Motors did their jobs well, there was a slight delay getting the car ready but they let me know about it in advance and apologised. When I did pick it up it looked excellent and they also put a full tank of petrol in for the inconvenience.
