We bought a car from Gouldings Car Sales in May 2016 and after one week the car had no power nearly causing us to crash on a motor way. We took it back to them and at first they seemed helpful. We got it back 2 days later but it did it again and we then found out they hadn't actually replaced any parts. They took it again, this time taking it to a vauxhall garage and they had it a whole week but gave us no information about what was being done. We rang and rang but were fobbed off with excuses, such as the vauxhall garage being closed when in fact it wasn't. We were not offered a courtesy car but instead, once we asked about one, we were offered the owners personal, very old car with no tax or insurance for us. When we eventually got the car back they couldn't tell us what had actually been replaced at the vauxhall garage and they said they'd find out and email. It's now September and we still haven't heard! The only reassurance we were given when picking it up was 'don't worry, I took my family out in it over the weekend and revved the life out of it'. Very unprofessional. I suggest you buy your car elsewhere.
