Having seen the car advert I called up to make an appointment to view the car. I was greeted by a genuine friendly voice. Over the following 3 or 4 days I spoke to Gary, Lee and Tom on a few occasions regarding the car and finance. I have to say I was never pushed into anything and never felt any pressure to purchase. The car was as advertised and in fantastic condition. Fully serviced, fresh mot and 3 months warranty. Regarding test drive etc nothing was too much hassle and I was encouraged to drive the car home to show my wife. I loved the car and the nature of the company I was dealing with. I purchased the car and drove it away within an hour! I had 3 months happy motoring and then disaster struck and I had serious issue with the car!! I stressed over being able to afford the repair costs but after speaking to Tom I was utterly surprised at the incredible generous offer they made to sort out the problems! Amazing company who shall recommend time and time again! Totally impressed by their ethics and business practice! Cheers Marc

This has got to be the best car sales place I have ever bought from. I have bought brand new cars in the past from main dealers and never had the service you get from these guys. Nothing is a problem for them especially when it comes to the after sales. There are not many places I would recommend but GP Auto's is one of them. Thank You

Came with no break lights, no gps(which they said they would fix and still haven’t) and tracking out two slow punctures. Took it back to them they said it was fine because they refilled them now having spend £200 to get their issue sorted. Don’t buy a car from here unless you want some issues

Sorry you felt the need to leave us such a poor review.
To clarify, a week after you bought the car you had been to a garage to have a bulb changed. When you then came to us with your brake lights stuck on it was immediately evident that someone had fitted the incorrect bulb. Though this was not our doing we had this rectified at our cost. At this time you mentioned your tyre pressure light was on so we corrected the pressures and reset the light.
Around 6 weeks later you rang (day after Boxing Day) to demand £200 as a garage had told you that the car required 2 new tyres (despite them passing an mot not long before). We are not sure who this garage is and it must have been during this call that you decided to leave us negative reviews on 3 different platforms. The way you have spoke with our members of staff on different occasions was very aggressive (although on the one occasion you did apologise for this).
We always do our best for our customers, sorry if you feel you had a bad experience.
