BE VERY VERY CAREFUL of this garage. Seek knowledgeable/ independant advice on cars!! Unfortunately I had a poor expericne with this garage. After finding what seemed to be a very good car online (mercedes B class MV64 TXN / B1 JOT ) i resetved it on their website to view and likely purchace the following weekend. Upon viewing the car it was clear (and later confirmed by the garage owner David) that old pictures were being used for the listing. The car was in poor condition and had a lot of bodywork issues. After running the engine and doing some basic mechanical checks the car was smoking significantly when under moderate load (an indication of significant engine issues, despite apparently undergoing mechanicla checks by the garage). David dismissed any issues but acknowledged that old pictures had been used. To his credit he agreed to refund the reservation payment without fuss. The car has been re-listed using the same old photos and no mention of any issues mechanical or otherwise. The garage is not all bad, however i cannot reccomend, and if you really want a car that they have for sale seek knowledgeable/ independant advice.

Had a car delivered I was told was tested and 71 point check etc,engine lights on straight away,bearing noise in gearbox,took it back and they said would fix gearbox and fit new clutch and sort lights on dash ,had three weeks and returned car,gearbox was even worse ,clutch clunking ,lights still on . Returned car with no apology just rude ,than discovered they had not even notified dvla of sale to me which I am having to sort . They think they are better than waht they are . Wouldn't use them again

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Happy and quick enough to take your money, but soon disappear off the face of the earth when there’s a problem. Car was eventually returned as unfit for use, but now looks like they have re-sold it on to the next poor person! BEWARE!

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** we saw a car advertised on auto trader, a Nissan Qashqai with very low miles, service history and priced very fairly, I called the garage to be greeted by Harry. What a delight to speak to a salesman that didn't try to force the sales process in any way. Harry knew everything there was to know about the car and more. GPR put a new MOT on the vehicle advisory free, serviced the car and carried out an extensive safety check. Too top it for an extremely reasonable price they delivered the car as are around 150miles away. Great team, Outstanding service with no hidden surprises. These guys set the standard for how all other dealers should be. Thankyou once again team GPR.

When I first went to this place to view a van the staff were very friendly and professional. After purchasing a van which was a good price, I noticed a slight notice from the rear brakes. I then decided to take the van to my brother who is a mechanic. When we looked at the rear drums(brakes) we noticed not only didn't they have the brakes apart to have a look at for safety checks but both calipers were leaking which can be an extreme health and safety issue. I then raised my concerns with the owner of Gpr Cars and got accused of tampering with the brakes, I explained that caliper can't be tampered with as they're internal and they had nothing to say back. Also was meant to come with 1 years Mot but only come with 4months. They also said an oil service was done but haven't filled out the service book properly and there is no proof of service being done! STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!

Fab service from enquiring to purchasing. Efficient, Friendly non pushy experience. Between Harry and Dave did everything we asked of them. Nice small family garage. Would definitely Recommend.

Travelled quite a distance to get the car we wanted. Was phoned prior to travelling to let me know car had been checked out on some items I'd requested and all was Ok. Accommodated my request to take car at first visit. Replaced defective number plate there and then, forwarded a replacement part by post (and discounted car as a result) and sent me a second key obtained from previous owner! Not a fan of car salesmen but these guys have restored my faith... Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Fantastic service and experience. Martyn & Claire, Birmingham.
