The customer service experience from Danny was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase this included a driving experience, full explanation on the car and reassurance. For a first time car buyer and under the age of 22 I didn't really know what I was doing however the service I received at Gr8 prestige really reassured me. Prior to coming down, during my visit and even more importantly after. I have had no issue with the car and even when I had a question or two Danny was happy to explain or even encouraged me to come down to him to have a look. I had intended to buy a Renault from GR8 Prestige cars and put down a deposit. I then had difficulty with insuring the vehicle (don't ask!) and phoned to say I could not purchase it. I was told not to worry and was refunded my deposit next day (by bank transfer which was good as it saved me a 90 mile round trip). Very helpful and friendly staff, would recommend.

Chose the perfect vehicle from GR8 Prestige Cars. The owner is a great chap and is such a helpful and reliable person. If you have any type of budget this is the place to go, from Fiestas and Corsas to the most high powered vehicles and sleek 4x4s I've seen.
