contacted them about a car got the px price and finance in place contacted the numerous time didn't return emails. contacted them for the sales man to contact me to concluded the deal and they sold the car beneath the next morning despite me texted the night before to contact me to finalised the deal shady dealer a blessing really if that's the way the treat customers, steer clear of this mob they obviously play customers.

Just bought my fifth car from Graham Walker brilliant service as usual Matt and Dave great to deal with no pressure just make the buying experience easy thanks guys.

My worst car buying experience to date! Rang up and enquired about a £30k porsche they were selling. All seemed well, lovely car but I asked about the gearbox as there is a known and very expensive fault on these cars. Was told it had been through their workshop and multi point check to find all it needed was a wiper blade. I put a 1k deposit down and agreed to travel the 3 hours plus to collect the following week. When I got there I test drove the car and there was a noise and vibration coming from the gearbox - the tell tale signs of the exact fault I'd enquired about prior to deposit! When I confronte the dealer with this he said he knew about it! He then proceeded to tell me I should buy the car and should buy an upgraded 6 month warranty to get it fixed! The car was advertised with a free 6 month warranty and he was trying to say it was 3! I ended up leaving the car, getting my deposit back and wasting 6 hours of travel. Worst ever and absolutely appalling. Major fault hidden!

Drove down to view the car under covid guidelines no pressure selling let me check the car over then delivered to my home by Graham on a trailer excellent service all round would recommend.

We called and arranged to test drive a car on a Saturday at Graham Walker Ltd. We were told to be there before 1pm, which we were. Once there we were told we couldn't test drive it. We explained that we had called a few days earlier and had driven down from Manchester to test drive the car but the guy told us that even if we were in the diary we wouldn't be able to take it out that day. We left a deposit on the car and arranged to come back 3 days later. Luckily we had the man write on the receipt that we could have a full refund if we weren't happy with the way the vehicle drove.When we went back it was very clear that there were a few issues with the car.We weren't happy with the way it drove so we told the owner, Graham, that we didn't want to buy it. He became extremely defensive telling us that the car was fine, that there was nothing wrong with the car! then he told us that we couldn't have the deposit back until 4.30pm that evening.We only got the dep back because we shown him the receipt!

This garage sells both new and used cars, the new cars where a bit expensive in my opinion but are very well maintained. I bought a used car and have had no problems with it, very well looked after and they gave me a voucher for a free full service! happy customer
