Great sales experience but if you have a problem there is no management help or support. Their Head of Business will not even respond to customers out of courtesy which with this poor leadership example perhaps explains all the other negative after sales reviews.
As always with Grange Jaguar Swindon I was treated with the utmost Courtesy by Kerry Clifton and Blake Nalder. The car was returned to me as if brand new although it is six years old. I do ensure that I pay for a show room valet to ensure the car retains it showroom condition ( I always have it hand washed at other times).The car due to their diligence is in first class condition both mechanically together with the excellent condition of the bodywork. I can’t praise them enough. But then they have had my custom since 2015 since when I have purchased two Jaguar XF 3 litre V6’s from them. I travel for one hour from home to have my car serviced although I could get my car serviced with a Jaguar dealer 15 minutes down the road. I always back a winner and would not change. You have given me excellent service for 8 years and I certainly will not change. I highly recommend them Bill Cameron and a very happy N432 FLE Church Hill Cottage Little Milton OX44 7QB

First service of my new car at Grange Swindon and from beginning to end their service was frankly appalling- clearly they don’t give a #### about customer service.

Very interested when you want to buy a car, but once you have handed over the 55k thats it. Genuinely is disbelief how useless and poor the after sales has been in rectifying a simple issue. A joke in fact. No communication whatsoever between service department and sales. To save myself from getting even more pissed off i am giving up on grange, and booking it in to Lookers.

Serviced my jaguar for five years.Last year I got a apology for ,quote”catalogue of errors”.unquote.This year I visited the Grange regarding a warranty dispute.The admin staff do not give a txxs about you. Promise of call backs, never done.Obnoxious two managers to deal with, and finally a dispute carried out in the middle of the showroom,verbally,in front of customers. Totally stay away from this establishment.Their only ambition is to sell cars, get your money, go away.
Charged nearly £4K predominantly for air suspension repair. No pick-up or home delivery or courtesy car or other niceties. They had my car over 2 weeks. WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF COLLECTION THE AIR SUSPENSION HAS GONE AGAIN. No email apparent to leave message for tomorrow. Male Manager heard in background saying rude things about my vehicle during previous repair discussions. Feel Grange is run by arrogant salespeople, who do not care about their own company's reputation or that of Jaguar. Fix my car at no further cost Grange Swindon, or Ill see you in Court!
Bought xf in oct 2020. When checking service record nothing done since 12/18. Emailed grange, they said car serviced by them 9/20 and they would update records, after 8 days nothing done. Phoned on 21st jan , they said they would do it and would phone back, nothing happened. Sent e mail 26th to business manager, had no response. I have a car which showing no service h

Purchased a Jaguar F type in February, sales team were very professional and lulled me into a false sense of optimism. There were issues with the internal trim, I was told that the car wo7ld be needed for a full day and it was booked in for April. Ahead of taking the car in it became due for service and so both activities were planned on the same day. On collecting the car I picked up the keys and went to leave, then noticed that nothing on the trim had been touched. On going back in I was told, “oh yes, we didn’t have time you will need to rebook” Not impressed but little choice. It’s now January 2021 and no emails or messages have been returned. Took a call yesterday from them asking if I wanted an MOT test... Very frustrating conversation, apparently none of the individuals I tried to contact are now there and they have no means to redirect or add a bounce back message to emails. Pathetic, a fourteen year old would be able to sort their IT. During the conversation I mentioned a further problem with the book locking and that it needed looking at in what remains of the warranty period, appears I have to sign up for £175 diagnostic fee in case they decide it’s not under warranty. Apparently Service Manager is to call me back, we shall see, not hopeful!

Sales team were great - helpful, friendly and proactive. However, poor after sales though - difficult to get hold off (have to ring multiple times to get them to answer) and expensive. I've moved my service to Oxford Land Rover which is noticeably cheaper. Whilst I recognise there are some additional considerations with COVID at the moment, the failure to provide pick up/drop off, courtesy car etc is poor for the price they want to charge.

This garage (Grange Swindon), is a running joke with friend and family. They are very good at selling you a car. Knowledgeable and professional. As expected from a brand such as JLR. However the service side is a different matter at this garage….. The service team don’t seem to have the same training as the sales staff. When calling the service centre, it is always a painful experience. Typically they never answer and when they do, not very personable. When booking the car in for a service they do not offer any courtesy vehicle. They seem to have stopped this since Covid. Despite other garages continuing. They don’t offer a pickup service and don’t offer to arrange and pay for a taxi. Compared to Mercedes down the road, who are very obliging (before and during Covid procedures). I always get the impression that the customer is an inconvenience to the Grange service staff. On arrival at the garage for a service they have new procedures in place, because of Covid. Totally understand and respect this. Keep customers and staff safe. However they are so disorganised, that the system they have in place doesn’t work for the allotted time slot for bringing in your vehicle. Being that we have to make our own travel arrangements from and to the garage, it’s a huge annoyance when having to wait 40 mins over the allotted service drop off slot. Oh and you don’t get your car valeted at the moment. Despite them charging the same rip-off prices. Much better going to an independent garage that is Jag certified. I’m still waiting for my health check that you apparently you get… I believe this report informs me that they have filled the car up with screenwash, despite being full on drop off! They do have reduced staff – again this is fine. But at least compensate the customer, for the lowering your standards... Please note, I am referring to the service centre staff here. Not the sales team or engineers. They’ve always be great. If looking for a repair or service on your Jag (and don’t want to use an independent certified garage), I’ve been recommended to use Marshall and Dick Lovett group. The Didcot, Newbury and Bath dealerships are apparently very good. Unfortunately I couldn’t make this work for me this time. But next time! I know this review seems brutal, but I’m so bored with the Grange. Its a disappointment from such a brand/badge.

The service team is absolute rubbish.. I was ill treated this morning and told not to come back by some block because I wanted adblue to which he said in his words "I have people to deal with so leave your car and we can put adblue when we are free to do so" wooow... I paid for the service which was sold to be me in promise that I can come anytime... The time he spend going all macho on me he could have filled my car with adblue....I got there at 7 and waited an hour , I was the first person there so how could they not get time to simply pour adblue which don't take 2min ... He said if u are in a hurry go buy it then don't just show up here like woooow....

No surprise then that during this period the only other customer in the dealership was having a full-on disagreement with one of the staff and I overheard a manageron the phone in the office trying to 'resolve' a dispute by talking to the customerlike they were a 5-year-old and being extremely unprofessional and rude! I'm on my 2nd Jaguar from here and the service has noticeably deteriorated since my earliest engagements.
