My nephew bought a Merc e class from them, he pay before seeing the car and this was huge mistake - he believed them the car is perfect condition and no scratches on them but reality is totally different - the car have few scratches, the rear lamp is damaged and front brake discs are need replaced - just wonder how is possible new mot on this car???? Leather on driver seat is damaged - awcourse pictures do not show this damage. In sum - highly not recommend, don't trust them - or you will be cheated like my nephew. Now his new car need few grand and lots of work. Be careful!!!!

Bought a mini from this garage and within couple of days engine management light came on. After sales was great. It took a bit of sorting and I was without the car for a bit but had a loan car through out and they were determined to sort it out and they did. I was kept up to date with what was happening and they could not have been more helpful.

Lies lies lies The main guy at Grange Road Motors is called Simon and he will coach you in with his nicely nicely i will do anything for approach . Then receive the car with numerous problems only to go back and constantly be fed a load of lies . Then threatening behavior. Took me advice from the police and reading standards just to get my car back . With nothing fixed only more problems. Stay away from this place. Bad news. Bad cars and bad people.

Over the years i have had a number of cars from Grange Road Motors, every time i need a new vehicle they always find me the right car, Also the after sales are 10 out of 10 even if the parts are not covered by the warranty they still help. Thanks guys.

Serious disaster. Stay away from Grange Road Motors- you have been warned! I paid in full for a used car, was told it would be ready tuesday, and was only able to get it friday after the hire car they had given me had broken down repeatedly, leaving me stranded, and the owner had phoned me twice, swearing and being seriously abusive. They agreed to fix the left speaker, replace the broken cable in the drivers seat, and change the oil. Just took the car into my local garage to have it checked over. Left speaker - not fixed. Broken cable in the drivers seat - not fixed. Oil - not changed. And there were several other issues with it that the mechanic said should have caused it to fail its MOT, yet somehow it passed? Save your money and your sanity - and steer well clear!!! Literally the worst car dealer experience I've ever had.
