I would have to give Graylands a solid five stars, they were a massive help to me when I was buying my Corsa. Speaking of the Corsa its a great car, it drives very well and I haven't got a single issue to report with it. It is perfect.

Excellent service. Highly recommend Graylands to anyone and everyone. Such a pleasure to do business with, I didn't feel pressured or pushed into the sale one bit. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the service is the best I've received to date. Although additional products are offered there is no pressure to buy them. If your looking for a new car this is the place to go.

I found a Nissan Qashqai online that ticked all the boxes, I went to Graylands to view the car and I was happy with its condition. It was clean and well looked after. The customer service was fantastic, very friendly and more than happy to help. I've enjoyed using the car and it drives very well for a second hand motor. The experience was made simple and pleasant and I would be happy to return if I need another car.

I dealt with Graylands in Bedworth to purchase my BMW. I am very pleased with how everything went. The staff were all very nice, polite and helpful. The car itself was presented well when I went to pick it up, it was clean and fully cleaned inside. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's running great, its a smooth drive and I'm happy with how it goes. Nothing negative to note, a very positive experience and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Graylands and its been brilliant, I am so happy with it and how its running. I have been so impressed with the customer service that they provided, they were brilliant and looked after me from start to finish. Any time that I had a question or needed something, they were there. They are so on the ball, and are definitely up there with being one of the best I've been too!

Shane was really helpful and really put my mind at ease when buying my Hyundai Santa Fe. He showed me around the car in great detail and answered anything I asked. It was in a beautiful condition and has been driving like a dream. I cannot fault the team one bit, I massively recommend!

I was looking for a car which would tow a caravan. I had a Ford Mondeo before and wanted a newer version of my old car. Graylands Ltd had one but I was out of luck. However, upon enquiring, they had another one coming in soon. I had first refusal of the car. Being a lady, I am use to car dealers talking to my partner and not me. Well, not here. They knew I was the purchaser and although polite to my male partner, addressed all issues to me, my needs and my finances. The tax was completed in the office by Graylands before I left. I bought an excellent Ford Mondeo and would recommend Graylands to anyone - in fact I have.
It was quite a distance (50 miles) to get to Graylands Ltd but it was well worth the journey. There was no issues to report in my 5 4 months of owning the and this is why I would recommend them. Also worth mentioning the Vauxhall I got of them was as described from the advert!

Its took me a while, 10 months to be exact to get around to writing a review , better late than never I suppose ,but what i can say is that the car I purchased has been totally reliable and has never let me down, furthermore when i purchased the Jaguar XType there was no sales pressure, there was a slight glitch but handled quickly and the noisy wheel bearing changed without fuss. Charles who sold me the car was totally professional with the sale and gave me a fair part exchange on my old car , I will when i decide to change my car . deal with Graylands again,All in all a very pleasant transaction.. I have recommended Graylands to family and friends.
