Went to Grays to buy my first car. They are a really friendly, family-run local company. Not only am I happy with my purchase (3 months on), but these guys went above and beyond to help me (in my ignorance) as a first time driver. For example, I had some difficulties with the car in snow and ice conditions, and they sent somebody up with a battery pack to help me get it going again. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I usually do not like the whole car buying experience when purchasing from a car dealer, but I can honestly say that David from Grays has changed my view on that. From the minute I turned up to test drive the car to the day I took delivery, the whole experience has been a pleasant one. David, you could teach a lot of dealers a thing or two about customer service. Well done!

The Hyundai I bought from has been good. I have recently just had an issue out of the 3 months warranty so I will have to pay to get it fixed myself but this dealership is definitely good enough to recommend as the car was clean and as described!

Everything went well at Grays of Chatham. I've had a issues with the car but I still need to contact the dealer about it. Other than that though its been good!
