I recently purchased a Fiesta off Joe. There were a few minor issues that needed sorting out before I finalized the sale. This he did more than willingly. After a couple of months I had trouble with my car heater. No problem, he also sorted this out without any hesitation. I will certainly deal with Joe again should I decide to get another quality used car.

This car sales dealer has the must unhelpful customer service I have ever had to contact for a fault on a car bought from them they say you have a warranty when you buy the car but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on they sold the car knowing it had the fault and when spoken to they just say not my problem even though it’s under warranty they are happy to take your money but when it comes to having to deal with a fault that they clearly knew about when selling it they don’t want to know I would say don’t buy a car from them extremely rude and arrogant attitude towards customers

This company over charges on on the car sales do not honour their warranty’s have reported this to consumer rights and the DVLA been waiting for V5 for months lots of excuses that’s when they answer the phone as once you complain about something to do with the car bought they don’t answer your calls at all they have very poor customer care and support AVOID AT ALL COST Don’t FAll Victim to this company

Put 1000 deposit down on a Toyota Yaris great condition 4000 mileage , buying for daughter surprise, she decided to keep her old car until next spring, asked for deposit back and Joe true to his word money back in my account, if i was looking for a car would have had it myself, Trustworthy garage

Bought an expensive car from Them he’s name is Joe , quick to take my money and get me out of the door , car had so many defects I don’t know where to start , I told him about a noise from gearbox , he said nothing wrong with it , after 5000 miles am sitting with a £2000 repair bill .Stay away he is a con artist

In an age where more and more transactions are carried out on line it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Joe and interact with a genuine personality. I reached a good deal on the car I purchased and I'm confident that all we discussed regarding warranty would be upheld if required.

If I could I'd have given Joe 6 stars at least. . In my search for a good deal on a reliable second hand car I met a number of unpleasant, possibly dishonest salesmen and went to Green Ace Garage expecting much the same. However, I was delighted to find genuine, honest and friendly customer service and my ideal car. Communication with Joe is easy and despite clearly being busy he took time to listen to and act on my queries. He readily agreed to complete a few issues, including exhaust repair and a new cambelt, and true to his word these were done within the agreed timescale. I could not fault the customer service I received nor the high quality of the vehicle I purchased. I will highly recommend Green Ace to all and any acquaintances who are looking for a great deal on a second hand car from a trustworthy business and suggest you give them a call before you go anywhere else.

After finding the car for me which happened to be at Green Ace Garage I of course read some of these damning reviews. I took a leap of faith with Joe and he has been completely amazing. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was ok and stress free from start to finish. After collecting the car a couple of days ago it has been perfect. The airbag light suddenly appeared faulty so I took it to my local garage and he paid for all repair costs over the phone. No hassle. I understand that some people on here have not had much luck but I will say (and I am hard to please) that Green Ace will be my go to second hand dealers from now on (even though I live 200 miles away...yes really). People love to moan so ignore them and put your trust in Joe. He won't let you down.

Green Ace Garage sold my dad unroadworthy cars. Charged him to repair them.brought them back from him at a fraction of what they sold him too. Took advantage of a frail old man of 70 years old.

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.. Green Acre Garage are nicest people in the world selling you the car and once your gone that's it even if you only get half hour down the road before the clutch falls out the bottom of the car.. then they didn't want to know had to take legal action and lost a hell of a lot of money.. AVOID AT ALL COST
