Bought a car from Chris and the team at Greenlight Motors back in January, and I've just part exchanged it against my new Mercedes CLA. Everything's always spot on with these guys and I'm loving the car. No complaints and I'm sure they'll be seeing me again in future.

I can't praise the team at Greenlight enough! I purchased a 1 Series with the condition that it be delivered to me by the weekend. The guys went above and beyond to keep their promise. Despite the delivery driver being stuck in traffic for over 4.5 hours, he kept me updated the entire evening and still managed to deliver the car at around 2 a.m.—now that's what you call dedication! The car arrived in immaculate condition and every part of the process has been spot on.

I'm sure my phone heard me talking about needing a new car, as the next day an advert from Greenlight Motors popped up on Facebook...what a coincidence haha! The Toyota Auris was perfect for nipping to/from work and I'm chuffed to bits with it. I'd like to say thank you to Alex and another chap who was the newest member of the team (sorry I can't remember his name). Their customer service was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. I’d been searching for a Toyota Auris at so many dealerships that they all started to blur into one...until I connected with Greenlight in Blackburn. I drive over 500 miles a week, so decided it was time to upgrade to a newer, more reliable car. I took delivery of a Ford Focus from Greenlight Motors a couple of weeks ago and was really impressed with their service. Saeed and Chris kept me fully informed throughout the process which was a big help since I’m not great with computers, but they were incredibly patient and we got everything sorted together. Best of all the car was delivered an hour earlier than expected! The delivery driver drove nearly five hours to bring it to me and kept me updated on his progress by text the whole way, so I wasn’t left waiting around. Excellent service overall, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks for everything all.

Came across the lads at Greenlight through an ad on social media and everything's been spot on to be fair. The car's bang on and the lads were brilliant throughout the sale. Can't fault them.

Easy process, fast & reliable service. The team were really helpful and I'd rate them 10/10 if I could.

I've opted for a Qashqai as it's easier to hop in and out, plus it's got better visibility being a bit higher up. The gents at Greenlight were cleaning the car when I came to collect it so I've got no complaints there. They even helped me to put my SD card in & set everything up so I'm giving them top marks! Hopefully I won't be needing another car anytime soon, but I'd definitely go back to Greenlight if that changes.
