Horrible experience. If you are like me that choose the trade dealers by the reviews. DO NOT CHOOSE Greenlight's the reviews are misleading. They have sold the car to me with a few serious defects, which the warranty was supposed to pay for the repairs, all got confirmed and acknowledged by them. Until now I payied for all the repairs and I had to take the case forward to get my refund. They stopped reply the emails, messages and phone calls. The manager has laughed at me on our last chat. They are not worth the trust.

Worst experience ever car was delivered seemed to run ok, and body work looked good, after inspecting it, there was a wheel bolt missing (which apparently is perfectly fine even though its an mot fail!) The infotainment system didn't work as enter button was broken, turned on the lights only to notice a fault, one tyre was worn on the edge, all though its just had mot with no advisories!, the air con doesn't work then a lumpy idle when cold, needs a glow plug module, tried to fob me off saying they've ordered the idrive part and sending it in the post, apparently just the top button wich isn't possible as whole controller needs replacing!, on top of that was miss sold warranty as they said it covered everything including dpf, i just got the basic one, wich they say they have now upgraded, thats not what the warranty company say!

Just bought a car through these. Fantastic. Bent over backwards to sort finance explain all options and walk through car answering all my questions. Made an expensive buy seem like it was nothing. Definitely recommend
