DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - READ 1 STAR REVIEWS Where do I start, we were sold a Volvo V60 AWD (All wheel drive) but turns out it is not all wheel drive at all its front wheel drive, very annoying when we went out of our way to get AWD! But didn't find out for 2 weeks! When demoing the car the battery died and we were assured a new battery would be sourced before collection. Collection day and no new battery! Was told it was ok and didn't need changing? Drove to get fuel and shortly after the battery died on us, lucky someone had jump leads and helped us make the 90 mile trip home with a baby on board! The following day i jumpstarted the car and bought a new battery at the cost of £110 safe in the knowledge Green light had assured me we would be reimbursed. Fast forward over 2 weeks of chasing and no money, lots of different staff saying don't worry it will be done today etc etc. Finally weeks later we finally got the money. We were also told they would pay for the alignment and wheel balancing as these were way out.... i have given up on trying to chase this! Going back to the AWD issue Greenlight have yet to acknowledge this via, phone, text or email, they are quite happy to ignore you! Right on to finance they took our car part exchange and said they would settle the finance agreement 18th September, but 2 payments on the car have been taken out against our old car and the finance was still running. Therefore we are paying for 2 cars including the one that should be settled. They have avoided this issue until we sent a email requesting action or we would collect the car as we are paying for it.... They informed us they had taken a deposit on OUR car that WE are still paying finance on.... come to find out today that they requested a new settlement after the 2 payments have already gone out and haven't honoured the original settlement essentially stealing over £350 of our money! Not answering the phone for the so called "after care department2 despite leaving a message and no call back. We have tried to be patient with this company but ultimately have gotten to our limit with patience, I think we have given them enough chances and will have to go further to get this sorted. AA and Santander should review their association with this company!

My partner and I bought a car from Chris (a great guy from New York) @ Greenlight on Monday and only have positive things to say about him and the Company as a whole. Prior to this, my partner had several communications with the Chris and again, nothing but positivity. We had travelled from north Wales to view the car and decided to purchase the car after a test drive (both of us). In discussing a deal (we were part-exchanging), Chris and a colleague of his were very transparent with us (showing us the systems they use to work out a price etc., so that we were put at ease that we were not being ripped off; we didn't get that feeling once throughout the entire visit, however). Before we took the car, the car was put through an MOT and service, as well as being fully valeted. This was all done within the space of an afternoon, so it was a quick turnaround. Obviously, most people want to buy cars from trusted dealers and this is THE aspect of the process that Greenlight focus on, so I can say with 100% certainty at this point, that it has been nothing but positive. We will, of course, update this at a later date, because post sale customer care is just as important — if not THE most important aspect of any car purchase. As an example, Chris did follow up yesterday to check that everything was okay and to also let us know that he was forwarding on a spare key for the car too. At this point in time, we will most certainly go back and deal with Chris and the team, whom really are a friendly bunch of professionals.
