I'm down in Swindon but I come across Greenlight Motors after finding the BMW 420D they had advertised online. There was a lot of communication via calls, emails and texts leading up to seeing the car. I thought the teams response was clear and honest, which is why I was happy to make the trip up. When I arrived, the guys were really nice and I felt very well looked after. It was an easy process, and Chris even offered me a good price for my part exchange. Everything with the car has been peachy since and I love it.

Couldn't ask for much more than the service I received from Greenlight Motors. The salesman was lovely to deal with and for every question I asked, I felt he answered honestly. It made me trust the sales process even more. So far everything with my Mercedes GLA has been wonderful.

I love my Audi A6! and It’s running perfectly—fingers crossed it stays that way. It’s my daily work car, and I also take it fishing, so the space is ideal for fitting in all my gear. The two gentlemen who helped me were outstanding—polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When I agreed to take the car, it needed some work done (like changing the brakes and a fresh valet), and they made sure it was all sorted on time for when I came back and collected the car. Easy 5-star rating from me, and if I could rate it out of 10, I’d give it a 10. I’ve already recommended this place to five friends, as they’ve got a great selection of quality cars at fair prices. Well worth the trip for anyone after a good car!

I'm rubbish with names but I can't fault the customer service from the salesman who sold me the car. There was no pressure, it all went smoothly and it was just a perfect sale. I'm just waiting for the team to find the second key, and everything will be complete! I initially thought there was an issue with the car's tyres after driving away, but it turned out I just needed to reset the tyre pressure.

So far so good with my Seat Alhambra. Happy to give 5 stars

Very happy with my Toyota Corolla that I purchased back in September, it's been driving well. The salesman made me feel very well looked after and made the whole process of buying the car easy.

Ian I'll forever remember your name for everything you did for me. My BMW 120D has been absolutely amazing, and I’m very happy with it. The customer service I received was perfect, and I bought it based on the honesty of Ian. It was a quick turnaround and an easy sale, with the car ready the next day. 5* service, or rather 10*! Ian was genuine, knowledgeable, and his confidence really put my mind at ease. Any answers to my questions I double checked with people I knew, and everyone I spoke to said it was great advice and that it's true what I've been told, which I really appreciated. He even called back exactly when he said he would. I’m one delighted customer with the service I received and the car I drove away in.

I reckon I've had the car for a little over 5 weeks now and it's been driven every day since leaving the dealership. So far it's been bang on. Happy to give top marks because there wasn't any hard sell or typical sales tactics while I was making up my mind.

I've already recommended Greenlight to friends of mine so hopefully they get the chance to get a car from here as well. I had the car delivered and once the lads dropped it off, I had a good look around the car to check everything over and trust me I would of sent it back if there was an issue with it but I was pleased to see everything was in order. My daughter has shown me how the SatNav works, and after taking it on a long drive, I can say the car has been brilliant and I'm really enjoying it.
