We've recently found out we're expecting our 4th child (eeekkk) haha, so decided it was time to upsize the car! The Renault Clio we've had for years just isn't going to cut it unfortunately. I'd been searching for used car online, so got hit with a very clever targeted advert on Facebook. Funnily enough it was for a 7-seater Kia Carerns which we'd not previously considered, but thought looked great! We reached out to Greenlight Motors and arranged to pop down and check it out. My credit's not the best and is kind of work-in-progress, and I can't thank Amy enough for her help and support throughout the application process. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that by the time this agreements finished, my credit will be back to normal and I can afford a Jaguar XF 🤞🏼. We bought a micra a few weeks ago from green light motors. The car is good. The initial test drive with Raymond was honest & he sold the car well with no added bull.

Getting a Toyota Auris with a 1.8 engine is very rare these days so when one came up with Greenlight Motors I was impressed. I had sent it to my finance company just to say this is what I am looking for but they said they worked with these guys and I could get this exact car. I am so glad they recommended these guys as it has all just been great. It is only a little garage but they made me feel welcome and sorted everything out for me there and then. They are a really nice group of lads.

The last car I bought was absolutely awful, I gave that dealer a try as they were local to me but I wish I never had as I ended up giving the car back and coming back to Greenlight Motors. They are quite a drive from me but it is worth the commute to get a reliable car! I spoke to Chris on the phone and he helped me get all the finance sorted so all I needed to do was come and collect the car. It was all just smooth sailing with no messing at all. I just came and collected the car and went but I was there long enough to check out the other motors and there were a few I was eyeing up. I think it is safe to say I will be back sooner or later for a closer look and maybe another upgrade🫣 For now though, my BMW 640D is just what I needed and it is driving very nicely.

I wasn't planning on getting a new car anytime soon but my engine went on the A14 so I had no choice. Usually I struggle to get credit but Greenlight Motors got me a great deal. They are quite a way from me so I did it all online but Chris was great and sent me pictures of the car so I knew what I was buying. He kept me updated on when it would be delivered too and called me the night before to tell me when he was leaving and his ETA. He drove through the night so that it was with me for 8:30am which was so nice of him. He was such a lovely guy and was happy to have a chat while I drove him to the station which was nice. It shows they care about the whole journey from start to finish. The car was immaculate too when it arrived, it certainly isn't anymore with all 4 of my kids 🤦‍♀️ It is so roomy though so it is making the school runs a lot easier. I just love it, it is so comfortable. Chris really made the whole experience memorable and I felt like I knew him personally after all this but it was so nice that he called to check how I was getting on with the car.

These guys gave me really good advice when I went to look for a new car. I was looking for a 7 seater initially but they did not have any available but they were showing me around the options they had. They were very knowledgeable and shared their experiences with me. They were very good guys, very helpful and friendly. They helped me settle on the BMW 330E and assured me that although it may look smaller on the outside, it is actually quite roomy on the inside. They weren't wrong, it is much more comfortable than I expected. It was a 200 mile drive back from the garage but I enjoyed the whole thing and I now drive it every day and always feel happy with it. I will definitely go back to these guys when I decide to have an upgrade!

I hadn't been looking for long when I saw the Audi A5 online. It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for so I bought it online and just arranged to go and collect it. When I got there they were friendly and polite and were happy to help me on my way. They were very laidback but then I guess it is easier when the sale is done before I even arrive 😂 My A5 had been pulled around for me though and had had a good clean so it was sparkling! It definitely lived up to the pictures I had seen and was in a good condition all round. I have been driving it quite a bit since and I am happy with the feel of it. It is a nice drive and I am very comfortable in it. It is just brilliant!

With my son being in nursery now, I am doing a lot more trips in the car with him so I needed something a little bigger. The Nissan Juke was ideal for this as it is that bit higher so it is easier to get the car seat in and out of and has a good amount of space for everything I need. The guys at the dealership were nice and friendly too and took the time to understand what I was looking for and ensure I ended up with a car that had everything I needed. I am really enjoying driving the Juke, even if I am only pottering about to and from nursery in it.

I was looking for my next car for a while when I stumbled across the BMW 530D being advertised with Greenlight Motors. I liked what I saw so I bought it online before I even saw it in person! I arranged a good time to go and collect it and they promised it would be in good condition when I got there. They called me before I collected it to let me know they were going to do some work to it to make sure it was of a good quality for me so I decided to pick it up later to give them time to do this. When I got there it was all ready for me, it was sparkling and was more than what they promised - it was perfect! Throughout the whole process, they were friendly and professional and kept me in the loop about everything. I am more than happy with the experience I had.

It was my first time buying a car online so it is safe to say I was a bit nervous. Spending £11,000 online just seems crazy to me but luckily for me it has all worked out. The lad who delivered it for us even drove through the night to make sure he got it to us on time which was so nice of him. I think he just wanted to make sure we were all sorted as there had been some delays finding a driver beforehand. The whole family was happy with it when it arrived though and Chris has answered any questions we had once we got the car too. Overall, it has been a very good first experience of buying online and gives me confidence in doing this again in the future if I needed to.
