Everyone was really helpful while I was at the dealership, and for a first time customer, I think everything went as expected. The Ford has been straight on the road since bringing it home.

Hopefully I get the chance to come back here in the future and swap my now BMW for another great car. The young lady that looked after me was very polite, and she made sure the whole experience went well, which it did. She showed me around the car and told me everything I needed to know before going ahead with it, which was appreciated. The car has been pretty much perfect since getting it home, and I'm really happy with the service from Greenlight.

So far I haven't had any issues with my car. It's really smooth to drive, and I'm happy with my experience while buying the car.

After owning a hybrid before I kind of knew a little about the Toyota Corolla that I was enquiring about but anything I didn't know, the team were on hand to answer my questions. From start to finish the communication was great and the salesman even picked me up from the train station. I can honestly say that it's the best experience I've had when buying a car. I come away with a great car and although I only drive it every 3 or 4 days, it's been great.

Alex couldn't have been any better while I was enquiring about my Toyota. He was very patient while I was taking a look around the car and at no point did I feel rushed, which was a nice feeling. He even made sure to take the time to explain all of the paperwork before signing anything. The car came with a spare key that I forgot to pick up, but I got in touch with the team and they are getting it sent out, so I look forward to receiving it.

I haven't ever purchased a car from here before, but I'm glad I have now. The whole process was just perfect. All my questions and concerns were answered with honest answers, and not once did the team force the sale. My space and time were resected from start to finish.

I've not had my car for long but for the time I have had its been driving a great daily car. I made the trip from Liverpool, and it was well worth the trip for the good service/ car I received.
