I want to thank Chris at Greenlight Motors. The purchase of my VW Polo was straightforward, and the car was very well presented. I bought a lovely car for a great price from Greenlight Motors in Blackburn recently. The car had low mileage and was in immaculate condition, and this is what sold it to me. The sales agent, Alex, who looked after me, was a decent guy and really helpful during the time I spent at the dealership. He explained things well, and he was very patient if there was anything I asked him to go through with me again. The service was spot on, and I am more than happy to give Alex top marks.

Despite encountering an issue with one of the back lights, the dealership was quick to offer solutions. They gave me the option of having it fixed on-site or taking a discount on the car’s cost to handle it myself. This level of flexibility and understanding is rare in the industry and was greatly appreciated. As a long-time BMW owner, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with various models. However, my new 3 Series has truly impressed me. The quality, performance, and overall feel of the car have convinced me to hold onto it for a while. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. I was so happy with the car and how smooth it was on the road so I went ahead with the purchase, and the handover was really quick. I'm very impressed with the service from both Hippo Motor Finance and Greenlight Motors, and I love my new BMW; it is a really good car.

I was so impressed with the way that the car handled and performed that my mind was made up to go back to the dealership, sign the paperwork, and buy the car. Everything was handled efficiently and quickly, so I could drive away in my new car that day. A well-deserved 5-star rating. 

The lad who looked after me at Greenlight Motors was bloody brilliant. He told me everything that I needed to know about the car before committing to buy it from him, and I was confident in what he was telling me. Me and my new Toyota are getting along like a house on fire; it is a lovely car.
