Spotted a Volvo V70 through AutoTrader which Greenpoint was advertising. William responded immediately and comprehensively to my message enquiry, and within a few hours we had done the deal by phone for its purchase. William delivered it all the way from Epping to Dorset personally, and the car was beautifully presented, exactly as advertised. When it developed an intermittent power steering issue soon after delivery, Richard committed without hesitation to resolving it, and he then made the long trip from Epping to Dorset, taking the V70 away but leaving me with a more than suitable loan replacement. The problem was diagnosed and fixed, and the V70 was then returned to me in A1 condition. I have nothing but praise for Greenpoint - their pricing is fair, they are totally professional to deal with, and as demonstrated here, they don't walk away from problems as some others might attempt to do. I would but from them again, and thoroughly rìecommend them to anyone looking for a quality, great value used vehicle

I bought a 2003 Range Rover L322 from them in February. The car came in great condition with a like factory look and feel to it. I was kept up to date through every process to do with the delivery as I live over 150 miles from them. What a nice bloke ! , part ex'd my car with Richard for a fair price and bought a car which collected , free delivery was offered but due to work I decided to collect the car earlier which wasn't a problem for Richard . The car had tonnes of history as described and drives great no issues ,although I did notice it was due an oil service , I contacted Richard and within half an hour money was put in my account to get the oil service booked in . Quite rare these days you have such a personal service ,I've always bought new cars and the aftercare I've had has been atrocious with big companies this time I finally bought a car which is old but one I've always wanted with the spec ,history I wanted and I'm just glad I bought it from a company that deals with there customers the way greenpoint have dealt with me . Going off this experience I'd have no issue buying from them again .
