Bought one new MG ZS exclusive in July 2020 picked it up it had not been valeted. Took it back and they were a bit disgusted about it the rubbers on the windows were green. The lady said we could have 3 free valets, V/G, had small issues with It. Nothing major .until tyre pressure warning light on, took it in . On the way home it came on again. No kidding it went back and forth at least 10 yes 10 times . Before I raised the problem with the gator company they recommended he came down and sorted it. Foolishly bought another in July 2021 what a difference it was like a dream , drove good , looked the part really pleased until I spotted the windows, were ill fitting in my opinion, you won’t believe I still haven’t managed to get it solved . Loads of suggestions like , design fault. Bring it in and we will have a go at packing it up, i took it back , the gent looked and said Quote Oh Hell that is loose, it is loose but it won’t fall out, it’s a characteristic of MG . 6th May still waiting.

I picked up 2 cars from Steve and the Team at Grenson Crewe for me and my daughter, The Team were professional from start to finish, I chose to use the online purchase option which I am very new to and had both cars delivered to home due to Covid restrictions at the showroom, The whole process was seamless, I even got a little video showing us the controls, which I thought was nice. We previously had our cars from Stoneacre and decided to contact Grenson as I heard from a friend who made a purchase in the summer that they were under New management and therefor thought we'd give them a try. I'm glad I did!
TL:DR was treated very rudely by owner because I didn't like the car Grenson Motor Company wanted to sell me. I've been courting Grensons for a couple of months in anticipation of a windfall which would allow me to spend up to £20k on a used car. "Come back when you're ready to buy and we'll find you a car" they said. So, I went back today, I had a chance meeting with one of the owners/directors, I explained that I'd seen a car on the Mitsubishi used car website that would do, but that Craig (Salesman) said he'd find me something comparable. I wanted to buy from Grensons as its only 5 minutes from my house and would be good for ongoing servicing needs. 30 minutes later I get a call, can I come back as they've found me a car... Turns out the car they'd found was more miles than the alternative, a colour I'd specified that I didn't want and was £2.5k more money. When I said that it wasn't for me, the owner/director got very shirty and said I was taking advantage of them by using them for a test drive, and that I had no intention of buying from them. This was not true as my repeated journeys to view their cars could prove, but I gave him the keys and left in tears. Craig and Steve (Salesman and Manager) came out and apologised for the incident, and tried to sell me the car that I didn't want at a further reduced price. I said I'd think about it, but that I didn't like the Owners pressure sales techniques or attitude.

After experiencing a series of highly traumatic events, within a short space of time, found myself needing a different car. After quite a comprehensive but fruitless search, remembered someone telling myself........"If you ever think about getting a different car, try Grenson Motor Company Crewe". I did. I wasn't looking for or expecting to buy a NEW car but 1 had just arrived at Grenson the day before, it was a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. It was the right size, specifications and appeared to be everything I NEEDED! I took it out for a 10 mile "test drive"; felt so comfortable, so SAFE, driving it! On our return to Grenson I was even more traumatized. I was totally unprepared to find my exact, IDEAL car! I paid a deposit. I paid/drove it home 8 days later. I also decided to utilize Grenson Motor Company to purchase 2 cars, in my possession which 1 of the Directors of Grenson, Crewe has been highly instrumental/involved in. I have received totally, monumental service, empathy and assistance from this company. I intend to use them as long as I remain driving. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
All staff at grensons Are great and couldn’t be more helpful, Sam deserves a medal to get me my car he went above and beyond to help me, would definitely recommend Grenson Motor Company.

Customer service at Grenson Motor Company was spot on! Nothing was to much trouble. A special thanks to MATT & LEE on the services department desk for helping my Auntie get her car sorted with the highlighted issues. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADS!!!

My car came into Grenson Motor Company on 31/01/2019 for replacement parking assist camera and sensors. The team on your front desk consisting of Matthew, Leigh and Steve are always very helpful and friendly and are a credit to your company.
