I took my car (ASX) in for a recall at Grenson Motor Company 27/9/18 the recall was for windscreen wiper linkage and for handbrake. I picked my car up and drove it to the roundabout and noticed my windscreen had been cracked. I returned to Grenson Motors then and spoke to someone and he confirmed it wasn't there when I took the car in that morning. He also said he didn't know the availability of the windscreen and said he would call me the following morning. He did call me the following morning but they wouldn't accept responsibility - I didn't agree and asked what the complaints procedure was. He gave me the e-mail of the managing director. I e-mailed (w/b 1/10/18) along with photographs and to my disappointment still haven't received a response.

l took my car to Grenson Motor Company for a recall they cracked my windscreen and when i when i took in back twice its everybodys fault but theirs i think its my fault for going their in the first place.mike.

Initially Grenson Motor Village were very keen to do business but once the car was purchased... with a known fault on the spare key and a faulty passenger window (which I emailed about a few days after)... I have had no contact. This was back in July. Really really poor service.

We have just purchased a Citroen c4 from Grensons Crewe. The salesman, Amit, was so helpful throughout. He gave advice when asked, was extremely good when taking us (pensioners) on a test drive, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. No pressure brought which can be so annoying. He arranged for some small paintwork on the rear bumper to be done . Instead of just titivating the very small scratches the complete bumper was repainted and the car looks like a brand new car. Andy was very professional and helpful nothing was to much trouble for him he made us feel very welcome. He gave us coffee which by the way was excellent he even connected my phone to the car because I did not know how to. All in all a very pleasant experience 5 out of 5 stars
i had a very pleasant experience when buying my new Citroen Aircross from Grenson Motors in Crewe.
Took my Kia intoGrenson Motor Village for an upgrade yesterday. Mandy greeted me and completed the paper work. I had decided to go into Nantwich whilst it was being done. She was soon on the phone to inform me that my car was ready for collection. She is very efficient, helpful and extremely pleasant. Nothing was to much trouble. A great person on your team.
