I recently bought my new car from Greystone and thought I'd leave a quick note rccomending them. Great service and my car was as lovely as the nice chap said it was on the phone,I was a bit wary as I was travelling down from Scotland to see the car and it's a long way to go if it wasn't the right car for me! However I needn't have worried it was as lovely as described (in fact it was possibly even nicer but I didn't tell them that ha ha!) they made the whole buying experience easy and straightforward and I'm very happy I made the long journey and bought my Discovery from Greystone. Would recommend and would 100% visit these guys again.

Thought I'd wait a bit before leaving this review to see how I get on with my new car. Just had 3 weeks touring in France with the Fiancé and we loved every minute of it (roof down and amazing scenery!) After viewing several over-described disappointments we had a trip to Preston one Saturday afternoon and really glad we did. The cars been great, everything was really easy and the car was as genuine as the advert said. They even took care of my cherished plate transfer! In all a great experience. Definitely earned the 5*

I was a little put off by the reviews but the car was exactly what I wanted so I went to view it anyway. Having met the guys I was very impressed, the car was better than expected and both Nigel and Chris were both really down to earth and helpful. I'd traveled a long way and the cup of coffee was much appreciated! My honest opinion? I'm sure its a tough job selling second-hand cars but they seem to try harder than most! Would I recommend them? Yes and I already have done.

I could write a lengthy review describing the unbelievable issues, but quite frankly I dont have time. Steer well clear of this very dealer or you will regret it.

Having just bought my Range Rover Sport from Greystone I was very surprised to see the bad review on here! Felt I must do my own review as my own experiences have been so very different,my father bought his car from Nigel last year and when I decided to treat myself I brought my father with me and visited Greystone upon his advice. My car is stunning and everything I had hoped for and I'm just in love with it! Great buying experience overall,couldn't fault the service and the care and attention to detail is second to none my car looks literally brand new. Having visited other dealerships when I was deciding what car I fancied I twice left feeling harassed by the pushy salesmen and the cars just didn't have that sparkle,hence asking my father to take me to the 'nice chap' he bought his car from! Not sure what happened with the person who bought the Jeep but perhaps it's a personal thing?! Certainly doesn't sound anything like the same place I visited anyway! Sadly people often seem to only review things when unhappy so thought I simply must drop a note to say how pleased I am with my car and the whole buying experience,give Greystone a call you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a BMW from Greystone Prestige and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought from them on recommendation from a neighbor of ours who is on her second vehicle from here and was singing their praises to me so I thought I'd give them a try, very pleased with my car it's gorgeous and I found the whole process very straight forwards and easy. Such a refreshing change to not have the hard sell and the car was beautifully presented. Would certainly buy from this dealership again and would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I bought our first used car from Greystone last month. It was a newshape Mercedes Estate, we always leased cars before buying this one so were a little wary of a second hand car. All our concerns were put to rest on visiting the guys at Greystone, we'd visited a few dealers before them and viewed all manner of cars. We always left rather disappointed or in some cases intimidated! We were delighted with the car and the experience was both quick, easy and pleasant! The car was presented perfectly, serviced and ready to drive away. Having read the other review of Greystone afterwards i was most surprised. Perhaps some people just like to complain about everything? We had an issue where we had misplaced the locking wheel nut key following a puncture, a quick call to Nigel and we had another sorted the next day with his help. Nothing was too much trouble. A true gem among a sea of cowboys! I would definitely recommend to anyone considering buying their next car from them. Easy to talk to, friendly and really genuine.

Bought a Jeep from this car dealer in January. Maybe Im naive but I wasn't able to test every single aspect of this car and do rely on people being good and honest, BIG MISTAKE!! And this was taken advantage of by the owner Nigel. He failed to mention, Cruise Control not working, No Wheel Brace, three back lights out, oh and he DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARS DESPITE HIS ADVERT SAYING HE DOES. He claims its because of the charges but I offered to pay them, in my opinion its because if he took CC then the CC Company would have Joint Responsibility FOR THE CARS and he doesn't like that I imagine. Most importantly, he did say "the engine light is temperamental". LIE LIE LIE, once turned off it stays off for approx 30 miles then STAYS ON UNTIL ITS TURNED OFF AGAIN!! He failed to mention the LPG system wasn't on the register either, thanks to me it is now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MY ADVICE IS STAY CLEAR OF GREYSTONE PRESTIGE!!!!
