PURCHASED NISSAN JUKE WITH EXENTENDED WARRANTY, Auto Gearbox went wrong Griffin Mill formerly known as the Ranch, because of the many Cowboys working there, Would not honour Warranty and Blamed Nissan Rang Nissan Direct they said warranty stands, Back to Nissan Mill changed there fault from a Perished pipe to Corrosion, Back to Nissan they say all Nissan Vehicles carry 12yr Anti Corrosion Warranty, Back to Griffin Mill they are now making other excuses to get out of the Hole they have dug. . Contacted Nissan Japan they were shocked and asked me for as much information on dealing with this Franchise, Which I have sent awaiting reply Also reported to Trading Standards Office and have now been approached by Car Magazine to give review of experience which i will do whatever the outcome. My Strongest Advice is DO NOT BUY A USED OR NEW CAR FROM THIS GARAGE,

I bought a kia sportage from this garage and had the most wonderful service. The sales guy Martin was so welcoming and nice made us feel at ease Paul for the finance was also really helpful and knowledgeable

Had dealt in the past where the service was ok. So many changes there and so helpful now. Talk about chalk and cheese. Purchased a new car from KIA and had Gethin and Andy (Manager) help me. I am disabled and needed a car quickly. Car brought to my house for me to see and have a test drive. Brought me to the dealership to do my paperwork and found a cancelled order I could have. Car went wrong after three weeks and to keep me mobile Andy lent me his car to help me out…. Above and beyond to say the least. Would give 10* if it would let me. Ignore all the old reviews this is such a different place now.

Had my Kia MOT on Wednesday 24th May 2023. Have a tow hitch and electric socket for pulling a caravan. Previous Sunday the lights on my caravan were working fine. Following Sunday 28th May there was no connection to the lights on my caravan. Went back to Griffin Mill Pontypridd to see if they could look at the car as I thought it might be a fuse. They were most unhelpful and suggested a diagnostic test in 3 weeks time. Contacted the tow bar firm who talked me through where the fuse was only to fine that it had been disconnected, popped in back in and all working. Would have thought an experienced mechanic would have realised what as wrong. Feel sorry for the people at the front desk as they try to be helpful.

Genuinely couldn't be better. Great from start to finish, with both sales and service staff. Not at all like some of the reviews I read on here, completely the opposite. Highly recommend

Very good brands but run into the ground by mark pardoe who is in it for all he can take and Mike Johnson another poor manager with who the place has gone down terribly since Andy Griffin sold it

Due to the lockdown, and the flooding at their Treforest Ind Est site, I was unable to get my car serviced on the agreed date. After trying to rearrange a new date, to no satisfaction, they now won't honour the contract because they state that it's date has lapsed. BECAUSE THEY PREVENTED ACCESS TO ME!!!!!!!! How's that for customer service?????

After dealing with this company for over three years it is quite obvious that M Pardoe Is running the place into the ground ,the quality of service is poor the showroom filthy and after meeting the man and comments about him he is quite clearly a arrogant and just looking after himself along side his so called other senior managers very disappointing after buying several cars when Anthony was in charge a proper director not this idiot. Absolutely shocking!!! After buying a car from Griffin Mill Garage Summit in April I took out the service plan at a set figure monthly, in August I foolishly broke the plastic cover off the wing mirror but as the car was going in for a service I asked them to fix the mirror at the same time, this didn't happen and I was told someone would contact me regarding this. I have since called 6 times and each time I have been promised a call back regarding this which has never taken place, this morning I called once again when the lady I was speaking to took offence at me reiterating my woes she obviously felt that she should not have to deal with my frustration, as she had no intention of helping me I hung up and decided totake my business elsewhere, avoid like the plague.

Very similar experience to the other reviews here. As long as you dont have a problem they are great . When you do good luck the after-sales are shocking. They dont return your calls and simply dont care. When you have a car purchased new that is 18 months old and loses gears they tell you to bring it in. Hello pick it up there are no gears. Worse after sales I have ever had.
