I bought my Carrola from Sandhurst and when I picked it up it was filthy the interior had food stains all over the seats and was generally in a dirty state. The manager apologised and gave me a courtesy car which was nice but I had to wait another week to collect the car I was looking forward to collecting. I then had a squeak from the front brakes and tryed removing the front wheels. The locking wheel nuts were so tight the locking tool snapped so I had to take the car back and have them removed by a specialist because they were so tight the car had been only ever been serviced at Sandhurst Toyota. The radio sat nav needs to be updated with new firm ware 2 times I have taken it in and still the same. When you phone them they promise you they will call back and you never get a call back. Im not sure what's going on at Sandhurst but it's like they can't be bothered or are very forgetful or maybe it's personal and they don't want my money but either way they will not be getting any more from me.

Looking for a new car, I was welcomed by car salesman Josh Trufitt at Toyota Inchcape ,Sandhurst, I found Josh to be very helpful ,and very patient, showing me cars fitting my requirements. He made me feel at ease ,and I felt that he was a very professional, and excellent ambassador for this company. Well done Josh!

Never buy a car from Inchcape UK. I bought a car in Dec form their Toyota Sandhurst dealership. When I purchased it the last MOT had an advisory on rear shock absorbers they agreed to change these then went back on their word saying they had been checked and they weren’t leaking. I’ve just had my first MOT and am disgusted to find out that not only are these completely shot but that I’ve been driving around for 9 months with the tyres on the wrong way, this is very dangerous and I could have had a serious accident at any point! This is an MOT failure! So they sold me an unroadworthy car which was unsafe. I’ve now got a huge bill. After contacting the dealership they don’t give two hoots! No responsibility then at all and the guy I spoke to today ‘Ben’ was absolutely arrogant, rude and disrespectful! Everyone stay well away as I’d hate to see someone else spend their well earned money on something unsafe! Also when serviced the oil filter looked like it had never been changed! I recently purchased a C-HR from Sandhurst, and after experiencing some major issues with the staff, Thomas Brown (Sales Manager) went Above and Beyond to rectify the situation. The store will benefit massively by having him on site to ensure that you will walk away happy. He is an asset to the Brand. Thank you Tom!

What a waste of time. Went to the garage with the intention to buy but no interest from the sales team. I have never been into a garage where all of the sales or service (or lack of) are not on the shop floor and are all based up stairs. Was left waiting for 20-30 mins so we walked out and only one sales guy was helping someone on the shop floor with no one else waiting so it was quiet. One guy did approach us after about 15mins but no follow up. Will never go there again.

Odd experience, everything was OK until we queried the pricing for the PCH and then they stopped replying and lost interest. They lost the sale as we have ordered elsewhere, its a shame because dependent on the experience we would have also made another vehicle purchase too. Not a great reflection of the Toyota brand.

I was approached and asked "If we can get you exactly the same spec car for the same payments, would you like to go ahead". I said it would have to be the same spec as I had a 2 year old top of the range Corolla and loved it. I was told it would be the same The first time I actually saw the car was when I went to pick it up after transferring my private plate. That's when i discovered it had leather seats - something I am absolutely against and which my previous car did not have. I mentioned my disappointment at the time but it fell on deaf ears. I have then had no follow-up calls as promised and I eventually rang them to express my disappointment. I was told they could rectify it, but I would have to pay £400 to have non-leather seats swapped from another car. I said I was not happy about paying another £400 when I was already £7000 out of pocket (deposit) and had a car that was actually less than the car I had. I even asked if I could get my previous car back. I was promised a call from their sales manager who has failed to call me for 4 weeks - despite being chased. They would have got leather seats in another car which would have increased the price of that Having now done over 3000 miles, I have decided to wipe my hands of this company. It is the 4th car I've bought from them, but it will be the last. Having sold me the car and realised I wasn't happy, they don't want to know! I am now £7K out of pocket for a car I was conned into buying which I would not have chosen

I just got a car from this dealer (in Sandhurst) and I am so happy! I was dealing with Judy, she was absolutely amazing, she handled everything quickly and made the whole process easy like a Sunday morning! She went through all options I had, was very clear on what I should expect next etc., explained the steps on the first meeting and upon collection, Judy was just a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the salon and Judy!
