Just left bury VW after my second service on my service plan. There was a fault with the battery in the fob, I was told the technician had diagnosed as “not being VW batteries” but the problem started before the batteries were changed. A days diagnosis would be needed if the battery replacement isn’t the cure. On bookin* the car in for service I was told by a nice lady that there was a complimentary wash and hoover service included, I explained that last time I brought the car in it must have been overlooked because it didn’t get done, she sounded surprised and guess what yes it hasn’t been touched again, and still has the outstanding key fob problem. Do not listen to all the promises made by VW bury , they dont deliver, not everybody’s fault but there is an obvious problem here.
The title reveals I'm confident and the service I get from all staff. I have been a customer there for 15 years. They have really looked after me from the sales through to service. I feel they get me the vest deals available from the purchase to the service plans. I've always had the Polo and been really happy I still deal with Lyndsey but if she's not there one of the others look after me. Even Paul who was the sales person still has time to say hello but obviously he is a manager now! Even whoever is on reception is most helpful.. As a pensioner and a widow I rely on them being trustworthy & reliable. Went to have a technical problem sorted not to purchase a new car.

Having had to go for an emergency brake replacement this morning & they could not do enough for me when I got there, from getting my car booked in at such short notice, to getting me a coffee, a desk for me to work from whilst I waited and even sorting a power point out to plug my laptop in, they constantly asked if I needed anything or wanted a drink and they were extremely friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Inchape Bury, fantastic customer service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hamid, his attention to detail and customer service was second to none, whilst dealing with me a very fussy customer he had the patience of a saint since i changed my mind constantly about the car i wanted. I would 100% recommend inchcape bury and Hamid
having dealt with Inchcape Volkswagen Bury for 15 years and spent a lot of money with them they have seriously declined in there customer service last year booked a service told them which parts I required for the service on the actual day of the service sorry sir we forgot to order your spark plugs come back on Thursday and we will fit them went back Thursday sorry no plugs they finally fitted them on Saturday this year 2019 booked service and mot took my car down for the service we are sorry we can't fit you in today how about next WEDNESDAY did not even contact me to save taking the car in and wasting my time they seem more interested in profit rather than looking after a loyal customer will not be using this garage ever again (disgusted customer)
