order with these fools. By "special" order, I mean a bog standard car battery. I tried to cancel within a couple of hours and was told that it was not possible due to it being special. Called for the manager - same argument. Just gave up after losing the will to live. The only special people were the one's working there.

So today my car that I paid £28k developed a leak through the interior mirror. Warranty I thought. Well guess what it doesn’t cover water ingress!! Stay away from this company they take your money, promise you everything and deliver nothing!!! Wanted me to spend £500 to diagnose the fault then fix it for nothing under the warranty. Con artists at best. No loyalty and therefore if you want to purchase a nice nearly new car and have main stealer benefits then don’t come to Inchcape Volkswagen Telford.

The sales staff friendly and very efficient, the whole thing was a pleasant experience, things ran very smoothly. The car arrived quickly under all the present circumstances. Congratulations to all concerned............thankyou, J. Pitt.

We had an appointment to test drive the id3 11am on a Sunday morning, the sales man Chris could not tell us much about it. when we came back from the test drive he was with another couple we waited until nearly 1pm and still not seen, we got several missed calls after apologising. Ok we thought we will give another try after speaking on the phone to Chris, he promised to e-mail some details striaght over 4 days later nothing! Would NOT recommend

I had an appointment booked at VW Inchcape Telford on Saturday with a lady called Camilla. When we explained that I was a cash buyer and not interested in PCP her attitude changed and she was not really engaging in what we were asking her. Any way we agreed to test drive a T-Roc 2018 plate 1.5D SEL £18138 - which I really loved - however the car was filthy inside and out seats had stains on them we were advised the valets they use were not good !! There were some heavy scratches on the boot lip and the side driver door and asked if they could be got out - advised that this is a used car this is what you get !! For £18,000 I expect it to be as near perfect as it could be. I was told I had to pay £250 deposit then they would do work 'but could not guarantee it would be any better' I asked about my deposit if the car did not come up to good condition response was 'we will have conversation at that point regarding the deposit '. No movement on the price of the car to reflect the state it was in, not interested that I was a cash buyer and in fact they seemed annoyed I was !! I have to say that if your Manager comes out to discuss a car and they have marks all over their top food etc what hope do I have that a car is going to be presented well. I have now purchased a Mercedes GLA from a local independent dealer that could not be more helpful or grateful for the sale - very very disappointed in VW have gone down hill

Bought brand new vw polo gti plus late 2020 after nearly 6 months had laquar peel on all 4 wheels booked car in to be told warranty is void because I have had the wheels refurbished and they are not of factory finish.totaly unbelievable behaviour from vw Telford lies lies lies they think I was born yesterday I am currently trying to resolve the situation

Booked to test drive a new Golf 8 Estate, arrived to be told I couldn't test drive it but I could look at it!!! The test drive was booked 6 days ago so plenty of time to either sort the car out or cancel, they chose to do neither, girl who came to tell me was quite matter of fact about it, the fact that it was a 40 + round trip was irrelevant, she said I could rebook if I wanted? No thanks I'll go somewhere that cares

We travelled over 250 miles to purchase a car (a non-VW trade-in), to find the worst prepared car I have ever seen. We found a performance modification on the car that no-one could explain, and the advertised service history turned out to be virtually non-existent. This was evidently one example of an uncared for car and the only solution offered was to wait while a quick service was carried out or leave it. We left and purchased elsewhere. A subsequent list of my observations to VW customer service resulted in an eventual, rather breezy apology from a sales manager. I had paid a deposit and even the return of this was handled badly, only being sorted after one week by an extremely helpful advisor called Camilla. The suggestion from the sales manager that hopefully I would have a better experience next time was laughable, regardless of distance. I would have expected far higher standards from a VW main dealer and would not consider any further purchase from Inchcape or recommendation to others.

Very friendly and welcoming, sales person made us feel comfortable. I’d seen the car online, was presented to very well, given plenty of time to think and inspect the car before making any decision with no pressure from the sales staff. Buying process was simple, very impressed. Would definitely recommend Inchcape Volkswagen Telford.

This was my second purchase from VW Telford, the salesman Raj was a great guy who couldn't be more helpful and friendly as were all the staff there.
