I dealt with Callum, who went above and beyond to help me purchase the car that I wanted. From first meeting him to picking my new car up. He wasn’t pushy (like most car salesman) he kept me updated when needed. This is the second car that I have got from Grovehurst car’s, and I can honestly say I think they are one of the best around. I will definitely being using them again in the future (hopefully not for a few years yet!) thank you for all your help.

I bought my first car from here recently with the help of Marshall from grovehurst cars. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, the car was well priced and it got a full service and MOT. It made the whole process very smooth and stress free.
The members of staff were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, When I found the van I was looking for it was turned round very quickly, the items I found wrong with the van were sorted out before I came to pick it up. And the van is superb. Colin Swain

From the ads it shows that you have a 3 MONTH warranty.....after you signed the documents you only have one month and you can't even do a drive test at the beginning. After that...(here comes the interesting part) after a few days the problems start to appear to the engine, and from the discussions with them about engine problems they have time to get the car out of warranty.... which is only one month.Anyone understand? NO ?...me neither.It's a pity that we are surrounded only by SCAMMERS. They know how to make money. It's a pity that there are such people ......words no longer make sense....

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify our position. You purchased a Mercedes from us which you decided to have an independent inspection carried out on. The inspection flagged up a slight weap on the water pump and some very minor wear and tear items. We instructed you on numerous occasions to book the vehicle in to our workshop so we could have the chance to inspect the reported fault(s). To this day, our workshop have never been contacted by yourself to have the inspection done. With all due respect, we are unabe to rectify any reported faults without being able to see the vehicle. We are stil willing to provide this service to you, so if you could get in contact we can get this arranged.
Bought a first car for my daughter from Grovehurst. The process was excellent from start to finish and the advice on insurance groups, tax, etc was invaluable to make sure she got the most suitable option.

After sales services shockingly poor car still has issues after being "repaired " showroom ignoring calls etc some staff downright rude aggressive what happened to manners don't cost anything

We were looking for a 2ltr deisel car preferably with a towbar and saw one advertised at Grove Hurst Cars. We made an appointment to view and was met by Callum who showed us the car and went with us on a test drive. We bought the car, everything went smoothly. Great company to deal with and especially with Callum
No pessure and saleman has a wealth of knowledge. 3rd vehicle brougt . Would buy again with confidence.
From start to finish dealing with Neil was an absolute pleasure he didn't rush us very informative & I say he like a bit of banter he made the transactions very quick and smooth would I buy again from Grovhurst yes definitely oh and Darren was nice as well we absolute love our car .
