Bought a ford focus for my son from a very helpful Max at the Bobbing site. A very easy and pleasant transaction with no hint of pressure at all. Unfortunately the car has a fault which Neil and his service team are dealing with and they have been extremely helpful so far. I'll provide a further update once the issue with car is resolved.

I cant thank these guys enough..I have been using them for a few years never had an issue .. I recently changed my car with them and had nothing but problems with the car from day one .... had a chat on the phone with Darren and within no time they did their best to help me get another car ...I'm so happy with my new car ..Will definitely recommend these guys ...

given wrong information about the car i purchased. Had to seek verification elsewhere. Found out i was told untruths. Went back to to garage and told them there that i need your service station to to check the car over. This should have been done before i paid top dollar cash for it. Service station verified my other garages findings. Service station now looking into fixing it bob.

We have had excellent customer service. Good after care. If the car has a problem, take it back with no problems. Honest speaking. Get what you ask for with no quibbling. Darren has gone above and beyond to help us get sorted. Would use again.

Car had been serviced to a very high standard.oil and filter brakes nice clean car and came with a 3 months warranty.Would definitely buy again from Grovehurst used cars and would highly recommend.
Friendly sales staff. Darren was spot on as always with all cars i have purchased. First off there was the Hyundai i40 had an issue with a sensor which was dealt with by their service centre under warranty. Secondly was the jaguar xf, nice car but had continuing issues so was exchanged with a Volvo s60 which has full service history and 2 previous owners so well worth the price paid. All in all very happy with grovehurst cars Sittingbourne and shall definitely purchase future cars here.
