I could not have wished for a better service that I received from Grovehurst Cars.
Wife bought a car from Grovehurst Cars.After having car two days found a number of faults which They failed to fix . Would never recommend them. They Will do anything to stop true negative reviews so it all looks good but please do you research before handing money over.

This is the second time I've been here to purchase a car and both times I had help from Darren! I found him brilliant, explained everything well, also helped me choose a car that I love and that I can fit everything in the boot! Would recommend this place and Darren a 1000 time over! Thank you 😁😁

BE AWARE. Very bad after sales from Groveshurst Cars . Land Rover I bought had a few issues, they dragged their heels getting them fixed. When bought car had engine management light on, EGR valve issue. They suggested blanking them - cost £20 as opposed to £300-400 EGR Replace. This needed the car to be remapped - cost £250. Once EGR blanked they refused to pay for remap. I paid to get this done and going through small claims court for reimbursement. The attitude from dealer was terrible, to the point of telling me that I am not the legal owner of the vehicle, but the finance company is and I have allowed works/modifications on 'their' (finance company) vehicle!!!! Also, the car they bought from me had outstanding finance - they did not pay this off and I have a mark against my credit file and a fee from the finance company for a missed payment.

Sorry to hear this a friend of mine is having similar issues with them IE car / after sales , ignoring calls etc and will probably go to court manager Darren verbally abusive car still faulty
Very good experience with this dealership, I purchased a Mercedes back in September and up to now I have had no issues with it. it was nice and clean and in very good condition and the dealers have been great. I would recommend this dealership.
