Ok, it's been a month to the day since I bought the car, now's as good a time as any. I visited GT with almost no notice to look at a C63 Wagon, It was a good looking car & I really was set on buying it. It was priced at 18k so very competitive, I took it out for a little drive with one of the guys & had already agreed in my mind I wanted it (In my head, I had an Audi RS4 at a nearby dealer in mind for around 20k & was planning on using that as my getout) Didn't need a get-out at all, When we got back to the yard, the salesman went back inside & gave me and the wife time to look around it without bullying us. It just so happens that a beautiful fully blacked out '16 audi rs3 was parked next to the c63, when one of the gents came back, I asked him "how much" He told me 30k, I knew I had the money but hadn't really planned on spending so much. Needless to say, short drive.. that was the car, Bought & paid for it & I've had it for a month. It should go without saying, when you buy a USED car, you should expect something to be wrong, I raised a few small issues on this car with the dealer when i found them (Pretty much just needed an oil change) & I was made the offer to take the car to a place of my choosing & was paid into my bank account. I read some of these awful reviews before & after my dealings with GT & I have no idea why they are there. If you're too poor to afford a decent motor, then p*ss off to car giant or some dwelling where your benefits cheque or finance deal can go through. If you also don't have the courtesy to call a dealer & confirm a car is in stock before driving down there, what are you thinking.. Thank you again, I'm already keeping a regular eye on your stock list, If a decent Disco4 comes up.. it's mine. Chris

Car fro GT Performance Sports not fit for purpose or as described with trading standards! Cars been in accident full report given with pages of numerous faults given by an actual accessor whoever mots there cars are crooks!! CARS NOT EVEN SAFE!!!
I ignored all the signs that have previously said “walk away” I found the Perfect car ...... or so I thought. Colin and the team at GT Performance Sports are nice..... however not exactly efficient! I also suspect they were fully aware of certain situations around the car. On both test drive and picking it up the car appeared fine with no lights on the dash. Within a week 2 lights appeared. On scanning the car 3 faults came up. I contacted Colin no reply! The faults have a history of being turned of on 2 separate occasions the car also needs a full service! I’d personally avoid viewing the constructed positive feedback on the site...... most is done by those who are connected to it. Check check and double check! It’s going to cost me to get the car I working order! Don’t fall into the trap like I did!

Came across the listing in autotrader as ‘coming soon’. Rang and left a returnable deposit to view it when it was due in the following week (receipt clearly states refundable) 3 weeks and several calls later it finally came in damaged. Told us it was going to to the body shop but over a week further on with no update and no interest trying to confirm a date. After over 4 weeks of being minus a car we told them we couldn’t wait any longer and asked for return of deposit. Was told they don’t do refundable deposits and would have to speak to the supervisor? Sent a letter requesting refund and no reply so now claiming through section 75 on the credit card and will take them to court if necessary. Now glad we went elsewhere as GT Performance Sports don’t deserve the business.

Initially was all friendly with GT Performance Sports. They took £500 deposit. There was a bit of delay in finance as it was Christmas period. Soon as I started running checks and asking serious questions they started all sorts of lies. Just before I was about to collect my car, Colin's son told me that "we dont want to deal with people like you and we'll do a full refund". I found that comment grossly offensive. Its really shocking when you spent about £250 on the comprehensive car check and then get cancelled like that. If they didnt want to do business with "people like me", they should've done a full refund of my deposit before i did my comprehensive checks. Both Colin and his son are masters of lieing as well. Below are a few of many points I got lied about: 1. Mileage incorrect. advertised at 55k. When I put that on the car check report it got flagged. Upon inquiry he told me its 58k. When i ran the comprehensive car check, RAC told me it was 59k. 2. Service plan incorrect. Advertised as upto 06/2023 where infact it was only till 2020. 3. Was told electric car's main battery was changed which again is a lie. I called up Cooper BMW where they confirmed they didnt change any battery. 4. Promised me a full refund of my deposit but now they are blatently refusing it. Still waiting for the money. I am exploring all my legal options now and will pursue it relentlessly. In short avoid them at ANY cost and go to a proper dealer.

Don’t be fooled by Colin and his sons’ initial pleasantries. They are very dishonest and once you have paid, they are rude and aggressive, in the end I couldn’t even speak to them as their manner was so aggressive, I was both upset and scared. Colin also threatened my local garage with violence after they called for payment of repair, he had agreed with them he would pay – he refused to pay of course once the work was done. I bought a £28500 car from Colin at GT Performance earlier this year (Which to me is an awful lot of money). Initially Colin couldn’t have been friendlier more helpful, that was up until the point id paid him. Where to start: As part of the sales agreement Colin agreed to have a full service done. The MOT had also expired so this needed to be done – He lied as on taking the car immediately to my regular local garage none of the filters had been changed, no oil change etc etc. I asked Colin for the service paperwork which he kept promising but never delivered as it clearly hadn’t been done. I actually drove away with the car on collection (Kent to London) to realise on the motorway the wing mirrors were loose and kept dropping down and the front window water spray was broken so I couldn’t clear the window screen which made my drive home in my new car both unpleasant and dangerous (What should have been an exciting and pleasurable experience). I’m not sure how the car was in this condition after apparently a full MOT and Service had been done prior to me collecting the car as it was unsafe. Only after payment and being given the keys where we to discover: No logbook (I did get photocopies of the service history which he had got from Landover) • No Manual • No Spare Key • No Petrol Cap Key Shortly later we discovered: • Dent in the front side of the car which had been sprayed over • Heated seats don’t work, and general heating doesn’t work properly • Leaking windows to the point the seatbelts are soaking when it rains and also you get wet when putting it through the car wash After a lot of back and forth I took the car back to Kent (an 80-mile round trip). Colin had said he would send somebody to collect it to sort out the issues, but he kept cancelling and then told me I had to take it back myself. He said it would be a few days and he would have somebody deliver it back to me in London, a week later I had to chase and he was only just looking at it and my boyfriend had to go back to Kent to collect it as he said he had no driver to bring it back to me (I wouldn’t go as I found his behaviour had become increasingly rude and intimidating). He fixed nothing just giving excuse after excuse, he said he had fixed the window seal, but it still just leaked as my boyfriend checked it whilst there with Colin. He agreed with my local garage he would cover the cost for them to fix the leak, so we didn’t have to drive back to Kent again. My garage later called him for payment and Colin refused to pay and threatened him with violence. Subsequently I had to pay my local garage. What should have been such a treat buying a car turned into an absolute nightmare. I have been unable to rectify most of the issues and am now sure to lose a lot of money on the vehicle. I really don’t know how this business is getting away with this dishonest and aggressive behaviour, especially threatening people that they will be beaten up by his Albanian friends. Be very careful dealing with GT Performance Sports.

Colin from GT Performance Sports Ltd in response to Aggressive and Dishonest
Joanne K. I was called by this customer to say there was a leak on the door seals, I ordered new ones from Range Rover and sent these to the garage of her choice. We paid for these to be fitted. The garage rang a while later to say the leak wasn’t on the door seals they were on the window seals, these were replaced as well. We were always willing to carry out any necessary work or repair. Myself or anyone else at GT have never threatened any customer and I am shocked at the allegations. We are a friend family run business who always try to do our very best for our customers, we have a lot of returning customers who give us good feed back about our service. It is unfortunate that sometimes things go wrong but we are always there to sort issues out.
GT Performance have a huge range of luxury cars to choose from when you enter this car lot. Everyone was happy to help me when asked and helped me choose the right car for me. I chose a Audi rs3 from the front of their shop and have been happy for a few weeks at how well the car has run for me. The interior was clean and tidy and no unpleasant surprises have been found with my weeks with the car so far. By far one of the best car dealerships in south London for luxury cars and would recommend to anyone in the area !
Bought a RRS from GTP Found the guys really easy to deal with no pressure The car was fairly priced the deal was done the whole experience was great . Since the purchase over Xmas the car was returned for a service and all faults rectified and we were given a courtesy car this being part of the deal I feel I have been given a 5 star experience from GTP Would recommend this car sales good honest company
