If anybody has half a brain do not buy a car or van from Guests Cars and Commercials. They are nice to you when parting with your cash not after supposed to be rac warranty load of tosh. It took 6 weeks to mend my van and i had to pay £250 towards the repair which i will get back 1 way or other and had different price on receipt for what i paid. I urge good people out there do not buy from this car sales.

Flogged me a dead horse!! They sold me the car I was after for nearly 9k, overpriced but rare and what we where looking for, after immediate problems normal avoidance tactics where used. I eventually had to drag the undrivable motor back to them with a letter of rejection. I foolishly let them persuade me to keep it if they fix it. This was not the end of the problems. 6 months and 3.5k down the line an injector had popped through the engine, mechanics found its was riddled with bodges. When I realised that after I had signed for the purchase it had been stamped with "sold for spares and repairs" before he folded it up and stuffed it in with the manual.

I personally had an easy and friendly experience on visiting guest cars . knowing what I wanted after seeing it on the website even though they had other similar vans on sale this one was within my budget and after being showed around the van and giving it a good look over myself as you do . I was happy that the description I seen online was what I saw infront of me. After buying the van I have had no issues arise and it remains a good runner and suits me perfect cheers.

Possibly the worst set of people I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with. Yes they're all full of airs & graces when you first meet them, but once they've got your money, they really don't want to know. Sold us a fishy car that cut out 2 days later. Didn't want to know, classic avoidance techniques as others have witnessed - ignoring phone calls/not in the building/we'll call you back/actually running to hide if you turn up on premises! Took MONTHS to get our money back & everything sorted & that was only because we had the HP company on our side! Research this company well & you'll notice Mr Robin Guest has been fined at court for selling dodgy cars but still continues! They have recently shut up shop in Rugby & are moving premises to Shipston on Stour -watch out people!! Avoid!!!

I travelled a 12 hour round trip to look at an "immaculate" car. It was a disgrace, bumper loose, scratches all around door handles, dented and badly resprayed in places. Salesman was an absolute slimeball. Words cannot describe what they are. £300 deposit paid to secure the car and promised to be returned if car not as described. You guessed it...still no sign of it. Avoid this bunch like the plague. Even the taxi driver who picked me up said they had a lousy reputation in Rugby and should be shut down by trading standards.
