Website booking is not fit for purpose! I had a confirmation email to say bring it down at 8am this morning, got there with along with my lift home to be told its not down as coming in today! Not only that, but the email confirmation directs you to the sales centre, 10 minutes away from the service centre, the postcode to which takes you past and into Vauxhall! I get home and they call me to say they can't fit it in for another 3 weeks! I would definitely avoid this place if they can't even sort their admin out as this is all before they even touch the vehicle!!

Drop off and collection required long waits, only 'visual checks' performed on vehicle (whatever that means), only expensive repairs quoted. Never had a good experience at this service station and won't use again.
In 2019 engine on Jaguar XKR OV10XWR replaced under jaguar Extended Warranty. Engine lasted 32 months and 17,000 miles when it was destroyed. Why. Inchcape Guildford (IG) neglected to install protective buckets on t=wo high pressure fuel pumps. Result stem on pump snapped through displacement and flooded engine with petrol and resultant loss of compression. This lead to denial by IG, refusal to inspect engine despite 11 years as a loyal customer and documented service records. Final offer from IG was £2.0K for two pumps and pump carrier against engine cost of £35.0K . Three engineers and expert witness had confirmed that engine needed replacement but IG and Inchcape UK decided to believe their engineer- surprise ! Indicative of change in service culture since moving to new location which has lost the culture previously enjoyed when Jaguar was serviced at H A Fox where service receptionist and service manager were very experienced on Jaguar product. Jaguar has been relegated to minority as new facility dominated by Range Rovers and pricing also reflects this. Receptionists very pleasant but lack in depth knowledge of products. Disgraceful behaviour to loyal customer.

The welcome was excellent, with the loan car clean and immediately available. the service carried out was reasonably priced (considering its a premium brand) and my car was ready on time, washed and vacuumed. Vito and Mark were great, looked after me well. I can't complain about anything.

Dealt with this company on a behalf of one of their customers. What a bunch of rude, up their own a** staff members that work here. If your looking for aftersales service, this is not the place to use!!!

Got a brand new Jaguar XF on a lease through my small business, paid for it in full for a 3 year term, only actually had the car a few months as went in and out of garage 15 times! Couldn’t fix the dangerous steering fault. Terrible customer service, poor car quality, and they trespassed on my property in the middle of the night to remove a courtesy car (containing all my newborn baby’s items) without any advance warning. They never returned my baby's items. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

My Jaguar F Pace engine suddenly seized up for no apparent reason, after only 2 years. Car was transported back to Inchcape Jaguar Guildford. Eventually the engine was replaced under warranty. But since then it has been an absolute nightmare. The car has been back to them on average every 3-4 weeks during a 5 month period, totalling at least 6 times. Most often it has been on a breakdown truck! So many problems and faults. The last one being the most life threatening, when the car broke down in the outside lane of the M25. This happened when I had only driven the car less than 70 miles, after Inchcape had allegedly replaced the starter motor. The amount of time I have spent at the Inchcape Jaguar repair centre in Guildford is incredible. I no longer trust them to repair the car, and I no longer trust being able to drive the car without it breaking down. In some 50 years of driving I have never been in so many breakdown trucks, or spent so much time at a service centre. Something is seriously wrong with this dealer’s ability to repair the car.

It all started with Inchcape Jaguar in Guildford giving me the wrong address in fact they are based in some back water the other side of Guildford, not in the town centre. I was quoted £650 for a basic oil change [ £99 at Halfords] Phone calls do not get returned Staff are so under pressure they take ages No courtesy cars...…... No idea what the standard of work is like but if its as bad as the front desk... Worst example of a service I've encountered.
Extortionate price for having any work done. I asked Guilford Jaguar to remove a coin from the centre console that apparently required 30 minutes labour -£140. Squeaking window £350. Investigation of water in the boot when in fact it had just been open whilst raining £350. Suffice to say that the car will never be going back there.
