Whilst trying to negotiate a decent price for the car I wanted I came across a couple of rather arrogant managers. I thought Jaguar cared about their customers but obviously not at this dealership! I have been driving Jaguars for 25 years and, in the main it has been a pleasant experience but it was the opposite at this dealership. Surely, if you are spending £65000 on a car they should be chasing things up for the you, not the customer chasing them! Perhaps the recent change of name will improve their customer service experience. Either way I will never use them again.

Don't bother buying from Guy Salmon, I ordered a new defender and have now been told because I work in sales my request has been declined, what a insult this is, I never even was given the chance to pay cash for car, I will take this issue to Land rover, I feel so discriminated against by a Land Rover Dealer, total unfair and not right

Very Very poor customer service ! we had a problem with our car which that main dealer could not fix 5 times in a row it went to be fixed, the head of customer service, lied too us regarding the repair and even invited a meeting with an engineer to which we did, the engineer admitted that he had turned the alarm off, we told them to replace the car as we had enough, they dragged there feet for months and i ended up pay 2k for a car of the same mileage year. when asked why it would cost me the answer was "well it owes us too much to just swap it wit yours" dont do business with this franchise

My new Jaguar is absolutely stunning, people have even been taking selfies with it! It's a great deal of fun to drive and I'm very happy. Guy Salmon did neglect to tell me about a crack in the carbon fiber but once I called them about the issue they took full responsibility and rectified the issue so all's well that ends well.

They provided good service all the way through. I cant comment on anything going wrong because it was all very easy and im clearly a happy customer as im leaving a review. My car was purchased in Feb, I took a Jaguar XK from them, really happy with it and recommend that car too. Go and see for yourself.
