Guy Slamon Land Rover in Knutsford is far and away he worst garage I have ever dealt with. Arrogant and unhelpful staff and an ironically named Customer Experience Manager who wouldn't put me in touch with anyone to answer my after sales questions about the car. And they couldn't get the car delivered on time. If you want to be treated with complete contempt, have zero after sales care (and not much before either) then this is the place for you!

Ordered a range rover sport for my wife from Guy Salmon Land Rover in Knutsford, arrived months late,so very annoyed ,but as we had dealt with them for very many years gave them another chance and booked the car in for a service,2 months before the date,as we wanted a loan car for the 46 mile round trip .The day before we were told no loan car available.They seem to think the customer should run around after Syntners rather than they giving the customer any service.Have cancelled the service and will use Inchcape for future purchases and service.Will write to the MD and see what he has to say.

After paying £67000 for a second hand range rover i had it delivered to my home in a dreadful condition. Only one headlight was working both headlights had condensation inside both rear lights had condensation in them, the exterior was covered in salt and mud, the interior was not valeted and was full of scuff marks. The agreed full tank of petrol was not carried out and was left in the red and after an arguement the car was sent straight back to the dealer guy salmon of knutsford to be assessed by the manager who instantly offered me my money back in full. I cannot recommend this dealer what so ever. Even after all this they had forgot to send the log book off to dvla and only did so because i had asked where the log book was. Disgusting service and no customer should be treated like this.
