Worst Customer experience ever i had from them. Bought a brand new zero meter new defender. Reason for buying a brand new vehicle was to be hassle free (peace of mind) for the next couple of years but its gone wrong, as soon as i drove the car out from dealership i noticed car was pulling on one side itself, also was felling jerks while slowing down. called the dealership and they booked an appointment for me. Imagine in 1 month i been to their dealership 14 times and 4 times they kept my vehicle to fix it. Even once while awaited in their dealership their technician took a test drive and confirmed me that this vehcile is having some issues and he will try to fix it. Last time i left my vehicle with them on 22nd of december and received an email on 5th of january that my car has been fixed and tested. I checked my landrover remote app not even a single day they tested my vehcile in 15 days. I sent a screen shot of the remote app by telling them that i am rejecting this vehicle, customer relationship manager Melanie Vine called me and asked me to wait till next week as she is going to submit paper work to land rover and get me a new vehcile as it looks like a manufacturing fault. but she never come back to me so i have chase her myself. Then i have been told a different story that something with the gear box has been changed and my vehcile is ok to drive. She let me speak to new manager named Tom, who told me to move towards D300 instead of D240. They still are having my vehcile since then. I requested them to send me email with all the work done so far to fix my vehicle which they haven't yet. Its been two and half months they still havent fixed it yet . I am going through stress and can't focus on my business even. Never ever buy any vehcile from sytner land rover maidstone they are double faced and looting people. few friends of mine wanted to buy same defender but i am going to tell them them the fact what ahppened to me. Haven't seen such a poor customer services in my life. Feeling completly helpless.

A Genuine and Sincere Recommendation. This May Be Long but worth Reading: My Discovery 5 suffered sever defects and resulted in endless damage as a result of a windscreen leak, due to parts delay and other factors the repair (by another Land Rover Dealer) was to take approximately Four Months to rectify, as a result the vehicle was eventually rejected. Guy Salmons where I initially purchased the vehicle went the extra distance for me, without any argument or reluctance they refunded the initial vehicle cost in full, assisted in my ongoing complaint to Land Rover, located another vehicle and did everything physically possible to resolve all my issues, I wish to sincerely thank Mr luis Ferreira and Mr Paul Alloway for the extremely professional and courteous way they assisted me in locating and providing a replacement vehicle along with assisting me with my ongoing complaint with Land Rover customer services, this is the kind of customer service and dedication that is hard to come by, I can only say that despite all the problems I encountered I genuinely would recommend Guy Salmons at Maidstone with total confidence and once again would like to take this opportunity to say a Very Sincere Thank You to Mr luis Ferreira Sales Manager for being a very Genuine, caring and outstanding individual who puts the Customer First, A Rare Talent and Quality to achieve.
Good all round service provided by Darren. He showed us round the car and everything it had to offer. He found out extra info we’d asked for. Also provided help for us to get our hire back having travelled from Bristol. Prior go travelling Darren was very informative and quick to respond via email and phone. The car is what we’d expected and some!! All round very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend Guy Salmon Land Rover Maidstone.

Awful experience with Guy Salmon Land Rover in Maidstone from the start, we have been sold a car with software faults. We have owned the car5 months. We have a Range Rover sport 2017 dynamic and the battery keeps draining. Land Rover assistant been out to the car 5 times to get it going and give it software up dated. Then it’s been I. The work shop in total 2 weeks trying to sort problems out. We have only had the car 5 months!! The business manager is a disgrace, as told us software issues do happen! We were not told this point of sale and not told we would treated like this! We have rejected the car as within the 6 months under the consumer code, we have asked for a like for like. Said they can not find one. Asked us to take out finance to get a newer model! Just unbelievable, as with finance they make commissions on. They do not want to help and are so rude and do not tell you the truth. We are now taking further action. Would never use this main dealer again as can not trust or believe a word they say. For a high end dealer the service is s joke. Just want more and more money. Do not see the customer side. But there is laws and if you read the consumer code you have rights. All there is a moto ombudsman and the financial ombudsman as surely you can not sell a car not fit for purpose then ask to take out finance to get a newer model! This main dealership really needs looking into. Trading standards also should have a investigation.
I highly recommend Guy Salmon in Maidstone to anyone. The car is fantastic, they have sorted me out with a years warranty, free MOT at the end of the year and I service wise I couldn't of asked for more, cannot fault them.
