Extremely disappointed with the service we have received over the last month whilst dealing with Guy Salomon Northampton. 2 brand new cars bought with a combined price of nearly 150k. A new discovery and a new defender. One car is missing a bumper - we were promised on the day we picked it up it would be fixed. This was March, 4 months ago. Still awaiting many extras which were placed with the order. These were missing when we picked it up over a month ago. Handfree system on the car isn't working and still waiting for this to be fixed. New cars have teething issues, and I understand there are delays due to the "pandemic". The problem is that the communication and customer service has been extremely poor from Guy Salomon Northampton. Many promises to return calls have been broken, we have called numerous times weekly and no one has called back. Someone was due to visit us to put the bumper on and this is still yet to happen. Purchased an evoque - requested black pack , still showing silver paint - apparently done by an ’’ approved body shop ‘’extensive silver showing on multiple areas, sent back for a second attempt - comes back after 10 days ( without an update throughout and a courtesy car with zero fuel in ) with guess what - STILL SILVER PAINT SHOWING - sales manager not interested , actually quite rude , lad who’s sold me the car disappeared off the face of the earth since he took my payment and nobody likes coming to the phone or replying to emails anymore - literally the 1995 example of terrible car salesmen - collect the money and forget the customer experience - really really really disappointed. On our third Range Rover , purchased from 3 separate dealers and this is the worst service we’ve had - failed promise and under delivered multiple times - now awaiting a refund for the paint - guess what - not processed as promised today - I can no longer be surprised or disappointed- I just expect terrible service

Having spent a good deal of time researching online for a new vehicle we found what we wanted locally and headed for Guy Salmon Northampton. Yet again to find the showroom full of staff sitting at desks shuffling paper and left like lemons to stand in the showroom and wait AND WAIT!! This is not ok. This happened three years ago just the same attitude. I will remain with Volvo and spend my £45000 on an XC40 . Thank you I won't bother a third time..
I would like to say what fantastic service I received from Amy at Guy Salmon Land Rover Northampton. During difficult Covid times we are in and having never even sat in a land rover discovery before, they made it a smooth and enjoyable experience for me as it is pretty daunting buying a vehicle online that you haven’t even seen . They made me feel like a valued customer and exceeded my expectations. They certainly receive 5 stars ⭐️ from me and would thoroughly recommend them to family , friends or anyone looking to purchase these fantastic vehicles ! Look no further ..... very impressed with the service from a very satisfied customer ! Well done 😊

I have been a customer of Guy Salmon Land Rover Northampton for some time, although not been lucky enough to buy one of their cars to date, I have been able to get my old Range Rovers serviced there. The Reception Team can't do enough to help; the ladies who man the desk answer the phones swiftly and if you are at the dealership, keep the coffee coming if you are waiting for your car to pass through Service. (With Covid this is not possible, but I remember how it was!) My trusted & favourite Sales Person, JD (Jaideep Bindra) has provided us with 3 test drives in different models and has tried hard to find me the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately I have expensive taste so I am waiting for prices to come down a little. At the moment JD is focused on my wife's requirements and we are very much looking forward to meeting with JD soon to test her new car! JD is very caring and sincere - I have faith in him and can't recommend him enough. If you need a Land Rover, I would recommend Guy Salmon Northampton for their attention to detail and 5 Star Customer Service. Francis Rodriguez

Amy Moore, was everything you want in a sales person: knowledgable, courteous, helpful, resourceful. I travelled 120 miles 3 times to get good service as Stratstone Nottingham in comparison were pitifully poor and disingenuous!
