I must say this is a terrible company to deal with. I am a solicitor working on behalf of a client that was sold a dangerous vehicle by this company and after the customer executing their turn back rights this company is still dragging their feet in returning the full refund. Paulo the salesman there doesn't return calls or email and Wendy the head of customer service doesn't bother to call you back I would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to look elsewhere. In the meantime I've had to escalate my complaint to the motoring ombudsman on this where I'm hoping they will be in contact with this organisation soon to raise my complaint with them further.

I have to say that this is the worst garage I have ever dealt with I have had a problem with the air conditioning on my range rover sport and it has been back to this garage 4 times for the same issues. Every time I have been assured it is working perfectly and every time I have been disappointed. It has been away for weeks My car has been in to their service department for the past 2 weeks with an additional problem as well as the usual air conditioning issues and even though I was promised it would be ready they have once again let us down. Over the past 4 years I have found them difficult to contact and they never call back when they promise. I will be looking for another garage to deal with any service issues in future as I have found them extremely disappointing

This company’s service is outrageous my Land Rover Evo has been here 8 times for the same warranty work which seemed to never get fixed but always has some kind software updates and lubricants to things - and handed back every time with the issue is there! (On the 6th visit my car was damaged in Land Rover Thames dittions control) full side respray was required!! Now my car has just run out of warranty with all of the current issue I had before are still there in the same manner they were when we dropped to Land Rover in first place So when taking car back for the 9th visit for same issues I’m now advised I require all new parts as existing ones have failed or broke. Then the company try to charge me nearly 3/4K for parts and labour for which this should have been done on the 1st visit It has took a lot of stressing and arguing with this company for them to see the point once I finial got it across they have agreed to repair for free but really they just wanted to charge me with out a fight you will get nowhere with this company You can’t call this office with out having issues transferring calls or being put through then being cut off - phone line are completely rubbish and they have no view to sort this out as it’s been like it for 2years that I can confirm!!! Totally Crap and rude customer service- to me personally it seem they try to bodge cars until they are outside of warranty!!! Beware!!! Daisy Haisman - customer service Representative extremely rude not helpfully at all puts phone down without a courtesy call back saying sorry the line dropped but no nothing!!! Then I start calling again another 35mins later finically get through to some one called Hayley Who was very helpfully to escalate my complaints and concerns The amount of time I requested a manager or some one higher...no one ever in the building or they are always busy on another line it’s ridicules !!! I would never advise any body to use this branch totally rubbish and careless.. Many Thanks Lee
I recently bought a Discovery Land-Rover from Guy Salmon Jaguar Thames Ditton. The entire sales process was quick, efficient and delightful. Our sales representative Charlie was very friendly and took great patience to explain all the funky tech functionality to our two young boys!

This was my first visit to Guy Salmon Thames Ditton and to Jaguar and I found the whole experience very good with professional, helpful people in the sales team. The car that I purchased was turned around very quickly and professionally and I was able to collect and drive away my new car within 5 days of test driving it. Would certainly recommend them.
Popped into Guy Salmon Jaguar Thames Ditton branch for a test drive, the sales team could not be more helpful. Arrangements made immediately and got to drive a great car. Greatly recommend to anyone!
