Avoid this company at all costs! I bought a car from them over six weeks ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. • Still no V5 in my name – the police confirmed it’s still registered to someone else! • Had to pay for my own MOT – something they should have sorted. • Constant chasing – over 15 times, and they still don’t resolve anything. • Car left the forecourt untaxed with the wrong plates – I unknowingly drove 80 miles in an untaxed vehicle after Russell deceived me about its tax status! • Service history still missing – told 6-8 weeks, but Lamborghini says it only takes days. • Rear bumper was damaged on collection – they had to pick the car up again the next day to sort it. • Wrap was poorly done & already peeling – completely unacceptable for a high-end purchase. • They prioritise sales over aftercare – shocking customer service, full of broken promises. • Aaron, the sales agent, doesn’t get back to me and clearly has little resource to resolve issues. • David, the owner, now wants me to do a podcast – don’t worry, David, I’ll be doing an honest one. They want to sell cars but don’t have the professional team or organisation to do so. Check their other reviews – the rest of the industry is well aware of their reputation. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear!

I bought a Porsche off of them on the 20th December 2023 for export to Ireland. At the time I was told they had all the papers (including cert of conformity), both keys and 2 tracker fobs. I flew over to collect the car to find no cert, 1 key and 2 fobs. I was also promised my VAT deposit would be refunded to me as soon as I proved the car had been exported to Ireland. I provided this proof on the 21st but now have been told they cannot give me my refund till mid-March. They tell me it’s a cash flow issue! I rang the salesman (Aaron) who I bought the car from on numerous occasions who told me it would be refunded 1st week in January, then 2nd week due to too many payments being made previous week and then mid March!! He suggested I contact Pravin in accounts and & George (head of sales) but despite numerous calls and emails, neither had the manners to return my call or reply to my emails. What a bunch of !! Please take this as a very strong warning not to deal with this company. If you have a problem, you will find them almost impossible to get on the phone or reply to your emails. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a company that sells luxury cars and supercars. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Gave them my classic Ferrari for a 4 hour repair job. They kept the car and hid it for 9 weeks! They lied repeatedly. I turned up unannounced to check if they’d stolen the car. They had dumped it unrepaired outside the back of their garage. In spite of numerous emails they continued their charade. I told them they had one more week (week 10) in which to return the car repaired or I would go to Lawyers. They panicked and sent me back a vicious email telling me to take the unrepaired car off the premises within 24 hours! Forget their glitzy photos and silly YouTube marketing. This lot are DODGY.. Would you be stupid enough to give George Gedhu and his Uxbridge outfit £100,000+ of your assets? Remember Bernie Madoff? Conmen always come with glitter. It’s reviews like this which might just save you £100,000 or your lifetime sports asset.
