The person who answers the phone for the company has a disgusting attitude. Told me I couldn’t test drive the car because he didn’t want to move cars out the way, told me to go to an Audi dealership if I wanted to test drive, all out monotone voice, well sucks to be you, all because of your disgusting attitude, you’ve lost a sale

Avoid this company! and the owner Omar .. works from an actual alleyway from a hut and sells undeclared write offs and repairs to a shocking standard. Whatever you think about Birmingham yes it's true.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
