Went into Audi car dealership Halesowen branch yesterday 22nd October 2020 as I want to purchase a new car. Went over to the young lady at the enquiries counter, she took my name and told me that someone will be with you shortly. After a short while a man came over and asked how he could help. I told him that I wish to purchase a new Audi, but not quite sure which model, I asked him if I could try the seating on the A4 and the Q3, He said let me get some keys. He returned after a while and said follow me. He took me to the A4 first, to get in and try the seating. The car was 17 plate car which was absolutely filthy. Not thinking clearly I got in the front then the back after that the salesman took me over to the Q3 which wasn't much better. There was complete disregard for safety, No way was these cars sanitised.
I have been a customer at Halesowen Audi for about 15 years , and over time have watched the service decline to a point where it is now ridiculous. 1 had to wait a month for appointment 2 they can’t make booking from the sevice dept ,I had to come home phone them back to book a date. Ridiculous. 3 constantly take ages to answer the phone, 10 minutes is about the norm. 4 Having made a booking with confirmation email, I turn up ,they know nothing about it or have the part. What a joke. 5 not much of an apology from the staff, just blamed Covid!, I feel I am wasting my time They used to be great but it’s a real Mickey Mouse outfit at the moment. And really need to get their act together, or don’t the care. This is certainly no way to treat customers.
Can't be bothered to answer the phone. Nor answer any e mail enquiries. If you do eventually manage to get through to anyone, they just aren't interested and don't come back to you. Shocking customer experience considering the value of vehicles they have for sale. OK so there are Covid restrictions, but it's the same challenge for all dealerships and others have managed to successfully work around it. Take your business elsewhere to a dealer who wants to do business and treats you with the respect you deserve.

When I first contacted the Halesowen Audi after having two useless salesmen at the Shrewsbury Audi I was very impressed with their service. They found me exactly the car I wanted and I managed to get an amazing deal on it! They were always quick to call and were helpful to the point that I managed to get my car very quickly. They were always keen to help me with any queries and anything I wanted, the salesman and I seemed to get on very well. HOWEVER, after I bought my car the aftersales care was not helpful. Once I had signed the documents they seemed very unhelpful, they took days to return my calls. In regards to changing my private licence plate over and returning my deposit, I called many times to which I didn't even have a call back at all. The salesman said he would post my private plate from my old car to me once the documentation had completed....it has now been months and I still to this day have not received it or heard anything from him.
