Good quality car well pleased except when delivered washer bottles and rear wipers were not working the fuse was completely missing from fuse box and was ticked off on check sheet as ok and rear window heater not working cant fix that
I picked up a Nissan Juke from this garage on Wednesday great service from Stuart everything done even tax for twelve month love the car drove from Coventry but would use this car sales again lovely people great car great price many thanks worth the drive
I could review this dealer with one word, fantastic! When I purchased my Vauxhall from these guys they did everything that they could to make it as easy as possible and in doing so they have won a repeat customer. I would advise anyone to use Halesowen Motorhouse!

Average review for this car garage because there were a few little annoying problems which brings there overall score down a little bit but I would recommend them as the car is good value for money and everything was as described. I would have done things a little different if its was me because I didn't feel the after-care was very good but the car is running perfectly. Just some advice from me to Halesowen Motorhouse

Been trying to cancel some gap insurance, took a while to do this, its took near 6 weeks, YES they have done this but maybe should a lot quicker. Another slight concern I have with the car I will be going back to them so wont speak about that until I see how they do with me. My rating for them as you can see isnt poor and im not slating them, I just wouldnt recommend them. That doesnt mean they are bad, just with how it was for me it could have been better

Halesown Motorhouse are a family run business providing both new and used cars for sale. They specialise in Vauxhall and Suzuki sales however they do sell stock across the most popular makes in the car industry. On site, as well as sales they also offer motability, parts and servicing if required.
